Det bedste ferskvandsfiskeri i Panama er i Panamakanalen. Denne halvdagstur starter med afhentning kl. 06.00 og en køretur til den tidligere amerikanske kanalzone by Gamboa. Fiskeri finder sted i Gatun-søen, den kunstige menneskeskabte navigationskanal hævet 85 fod (26m) over havets overflade. Vi sejler ved siden af transitskibene og går fra sidekanalerne bedst for at fange Oscar Bass Snook, Tilapia, Peacock Bass og Tarpon, men også for at observere dyrelivet. Vi fisker omkring Isla Akee, Isla Barbacoa og Isla San Pablo, der er unikke for biodiversitet. Vores tur inkluderer vand, snacks, drikkevarer, lokkemad og udstyr. The trip was fantastic. I'd recommend it to anyone. A close up look at the Panama Canal and fishing. Perfect way to spend part of a day. The fishing was great and the company was even better. A++
Great value, personal attention, successful fishing. We enjoyed our guide and the Gutan experience. It was fun to get into the backwaters with knowledgeable guide and boat captain.
John was an amazing guide. Best snacks and took us around so many places for fishing. He has a ton of wildlife knowledge!! Would definitely recommend!!!
I am Fishing all over the world,fishing the Panama Canal was on my bucket list We choose kingfisher adventure and John Acosta as guide,he was really professional showing 15 minutes before the pickup time As soon as we hit water I knew the day will be perfect John came full equipped with very good lunch,coffee/tea,drinks alcool,it was not only a regular fishing day because John is also naturalist and he show us to many thing I can not explain,he also did a lot of extra without charging us, I really highly recommend John and kingfisher adventure Sylvain and Sonia Québec Canada
The fishing excursion was amazing. The tour guide Jon was extremely knowledgable so we not only learned about fishing but the culture and history of Panama. There were plenty of snacks and drinks on board and he was diligent is helping all our fishing needs.
John was a great guide and very insightful on the Panama Canal and it’s great history! He also knew some sweet spots where different fish would be biting and shared some great fishing techniques that helped us catch a lot of fish that day! i’m in the fish aquarium hobby also so it was cool to catch some fish that I actually collect in the hobby! John showed me how to catch a Vieja using plantain as bait! John also had a local family cook us a fish meal after our excursion and they seasoned the fish perfectly! I definitely recommend this tour as it will be some of the most fun u will have on your vacation!

Punctual pick up from the hotel, knowledgeable English speaking guide, loved watching the abundance of wildlife on the canal, and great peacock seabass fishing. Highly recommended.
