They left me hanging; they never came to pick us up. I called the tour number that was supposed to take us, and they never answered, panamafun. The only ones who responded were from Viator; unfortunately, they could not find another guide for our tour. They ended up processing the refund. We took the tour looking for an Uber that took us to the Panama Canal and drove us around the city.

Oliver was a superb guide and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to enjoy a day in Panama City. He is a wealth of knowledge and knows everyone at all the key locations in Panama City. Our group of 4 had a wonderful experience on our private half day tour of Casco Viejo, Amador, and the Miraflores gate of the canal, and we learned so much from Oliver about the history of it all. Oliver was professional, communicative, friendly, and engaging. He accommodated our timing, and he ensures each group arrives at the canal at the perfect time to see a ship pass through the lock (he even showed us how he uses an app to track the progress of the very ship we would later see at Miraflores).
