Hvide travertinerterrasser, gamle ruiner og termiske landskaber kommer sammen på denne fulddags Pamukkale tur fra Izmir. Programmet varer cirka 12 timer og kombinerer guidet udforskning, frokost, fritid og lokale oplevelser. Begynd ved Hierapolis, en af de vigtigste bosættelser i den hellenistiske og romerske perioder. Udforsk dens arkæologiske rester og beundre det nyligt restaurerede teater, mens du lærer om byens historie fra en professionel Vejleder. Fortsæt til Pamukkale, det berømte "Cotton Castle", hvor mineralrige termiske vande har formet strålende hvide travertinterrasser i århundreder. I participated in a one-day tour from Izmir to Pamukkale and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erman, proved to be extremely prepared and competent, speaking fluent English and Spanish: a real added value for the group. I really appreciated the free time we were given, which allowed me to explore on my own and enjoy the site to the fullest. The driver drove impeccably, making the trip pleasant and smooth: the hours flew by without me noticing. The buffet lunch was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Pamukkale is a wonder of nature that absolutely deserves to be seen at least once in a lifetime: its white terraces and thermal waters leave you breathless. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable day of culture, relaxation, and natural beauty.

It has been an incredible day, everything super well organized and our great guide Erman (little brother to us) has been the best part of the day. Pamukkale is an incredible site but thanks to Erman it has been even more spectacular. He has been attentive to us at all times, he has informed us about everything and I want to thank him for having spoken to us in Spanish even though we were in the minority. We have learned a lot. With guides like this, it makes the visits unforgettable. Thanks also to our driver who has been very nice.

I really liked the tour with Emri. He has an excellent command of what he is explaining and I could see how he’s fluent in both Spanish and English. I appreciated that he gave us alone time to enjoy Pamukkale as we wanted. Wise decision!!

Title: A flawless experience with an incredible guide! Rating: 5/5 We took this tour from Izmir on August 1st, and it was easily the highlight of our trip to Turkey. Pamukkale is absolutely breathtaking—the "Cotton Castle" is even more stunning in person, and the ancient city of Hierapolis is steeped in fascinating history. It is 100% worth the journey! A huge shoutout to our guide, Alperen, who made the experience truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and friendly from the moment we met. His knowledge of the historical sites was immense, and he provided detailed, clear explanations that brought the ruins to life without ever feeling rushed. He also gave us great tips on where to take the best photos and how to protect the travertines. We also felt completely safe throughout the drive. The driver was professional, drove very safely, and was just as kind and cooperative as Alperen. The vehicle was comfortable, and the AC was a lifesaver in the August heat! If you are considering this trip, do not hesitate. It is a long day from Izmir, but it is absolutely magical. Thank you, Alperen, for a memorable day!

Organisation and guide Alpi were great. Alpi is very cheerful and knows all the history / presents it well. In general i expected more of Pamukkale, it is hard to walk on travertines so i did not go far. I¹t is also hard to swim in Cleopatra pool as there are a lot of stones in the pool.

We enjoyed the experience, as 2 females security wax our main priority which is why we opted for a group excursion. Our guide Ekim was very helpful and shared some interesting facts. We had a long journey there and back and about 1 hour 40 mins maybe at the site itself(which i feel could be longer if they cut out the visit to an onyx factory), the driver was Amazing, very accommodating. The one thing i absolutely disliked was the food (seriously couldve been better since im sure there are more options).

I cannot be more happy with my experience for this full-day excursion trip accompanied by the excellent Erman Uslu. Restful yet paced to maximize the visit time with no fuss at all. It was a small group adventure in one of the most spectacular places in Turkey. Lunch surprisingly good included in the Viator fees. I would suggest any other traveler booking tour by Gezenthi Travel to ask specifically for Erman presence as a guide.
