A really good tour with strong biblical links. This was a fantastic insight into the history of Turkey. Just be mindful the you will visit a carpet factory with no obligation to purchase. We respectfully showed interest in the techniques used but did feel a little pressure to buy, although we didn't.
My daughter and I recently took a tour (Ephesus Biblical Tour) with Tas, and it was one of the best guided experiences we’ve ever had. His deep knowledge and enthusiasm made the day feel like exploring with a local friend rather than a standard tour guide. He answered every one of our questions with patience and expertise. We wanted to move at a slower pace and he accommodated us. We recommend Viator as a tour company and Tas as an exceptional tour guide.
Our local guide, Gigi, spoke excellent English and is very knowledgeable on the history of this area. Ale, our driver, was very good. We departed from the port and arrived safely back. He was very helpful to us getting out of the van. They were both friendly and polite. Our meal, a traditional lunch of meatballs and chicken with rice was very good and reasonably priced. Our tour was pleasant and educational.

We had the Best Experience and the Best Tour Guide; Zafer Bozoglu was the tour guide and he is the most knowledgeable!! He made the experience Great!! We did not wait in line or traffic. We had an amazing private tour experience visiting Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary, enjoying a delicious Turkish lunch, cultural experiences, and shopping throughout the day. Our tour guide, Tas, was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and personable. He tailored the day to fit exactly the type of experience we wanted, allowing us to adjust stops and timing along the way. He also did an excellent job coordinating the schedule to minimize wait times and avoid crowds, which made the day smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Tas truly made the tour both fun and memorable. We never felt rushed and appreciated how flexible and accommodating he was throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this tour and especially Tas as a guide!
Tas was a superb guide who was very knowledgeable about history and culture and he made sure to explain everything thoroughly during our private tour.
