It worked very well, the driver went to the hotel and the Van was quite new. Super Indico
The coach had adequate space for the 5 passengers. It was a very bumpy ride - not sure if that is because we sat toward the rear of the coach, the suspension of the coach or the road. Driver was kind and assisted with putting luggage on and off the vehicle, though he passed the suitcase through the window which was quite high. I’m glad my husband was there to get it from him. Driver dropped us off without any instructions. The colon cruise port is unlike any other port we’ve visited. It was a little confusing - little signage.
Our driver picked us up on time at our hotel in Panama City and drove us to the cruise port in Colon. Initially everything was fine through the tour but once on open roads our driver, Junior, was very aggressive and was driving exceptionally fast. During the trip he was pulled over by the Police and had to pay a speeding fine. Also, on multiple occasions he had to slam on the breaks because he was running up on other drivers in the left lane. One time he hit the breaks so hard that all members of my family on the trip fell out of their seats. I would not recommend ever getting a ride from this driver and by inclusion this company.

The transfer was on time but the vehicle had a lot to be desired. The seating is two on each side but the seats are not wide enough for two couple. Very uncomfortable. The luggage storage are did not fit all luggage. Some had to brought on to the small bus.

We used this service because we were going on a cruise from Colon, Panama but started in Panama City. The driver was on time for both going to Colon & returning from Colon. The drive was smooth as it is about an hour but the van itself was a little rickety which is why I give it a 4 star.

Great value for transportation to the cruise port in Colon! Driver was prompt (early). It turned out to be only 3 folks in this trip in an SUV, so felt like a private transfer. The other two were actually taking the same cruise as me.

Great that Facinating Adventure Travels have Whatsapp as a communication. I wouldn't know how I would have been able to confirm my pick up ulin Colon pier. The response time was quick. The driver was friendly. I would book with them again, through Viators.

We were last to pickup in a small bus of 10 people. Driver was fast and experienced on the route. I would use again for the price.

Gracias por la observación la tomaremos en cuenta, ya que es muy importante, lastimosamente como normas de nuestro país no exige la entrada de equipos con estas garantías de cinturones, y las maletas en equipo pequeño no cuentan con maleteros por lo que el equipaje se coloca en el último puesto, porque son buses de 29 pasajeros lo que se utiliza el último puesto. Con referencia a la velocidad, los buses están regulados con la máxima velocidad que permite la ley en Panamá.
Driver was very courteous and and a safe driver. We booked a private transfer. We had a slight delay and the driver only had to wait 5 minutes after pickup time. The driver waited an additional 5 minutes as we were going to the Colon cruise port. Thank You!
