Each excursions is indeed memorable, but "Bluehole" holds a special place in my heart! The customer service.... top tier. Our personal driver....very patient!!! Oh, you better try Jamaica's KFC, delicious!!!!!

JD never disappoints! This is my family’s second time visiting Jamaica and he makes us all feel comfortable and welcomed and well taken care of! He provided transportation from the airport when our resort transportation fell through. We spent the first day doing bamboo rafting, Dunns river falls, and ATV. Next day was horseback riding, clear kayak photos, and catamaran to ricks cafe. We also enjoyed the ocho Rios nightlife! We felt very safe. There was 12 of us and he was very patient and accommodating. His professionalism is unmatched and we will be using his services in the future when we return! Don’t hesitate to book him for all of your excursions and transportation needs!

Me n my partner had a Great time,had fun the whole time I was there. Scott the owner even bought me a beer because I didn't have change. Jeffrey the driver was great as well,and the staff at all the locations where great, good vibes all around and your safe everywhere u go, I would definitely recommend this to anybody, Just have cash for Tips and food. First time in Jamaica was great Thank you to everyone

Driver was great! Experience was tiring as we were away from our resort doing excursions for almost 12 hours but it was worth it! 10/10 recommend!

Opted to do Blue Hole rather than Dunns River. Amazing!! Everything was so fun and cool. My driver was awesome, didn’t talk too much. This was a full day, draining but so worth it. Blue hole you can jump in water, get limestone massage, see waterfall, buy souvenirs, brownies. Also the bathroom at blue hole was super clean and I appreciated that. Bring some money for tips and buying food. At the atv place there’s a stand for food liquor and hookah. We played dominos while waiting for our turn. Everything was great.

Definitely the. Eat ViaTour trip I've ever done. We had JD as our driver. He was wonderful. I understand they do have some negative reviews, but just read them. A flat tire is out of his control, and some people are just nit-picking. He picked us up a little after 8am. He let us know the entire time the ETA since he was coming from far. Traffic is a thing everywhere obviously! He let us know when he was 10 minutes away, and met us right in the lobby. He opened doors for us. Immediately handed us the Aux cord and gave me a hotspot for WiFi. I said it was his choice with music, and we just wanted the experience. We listened to lots of amazing music. His sound system was so great. He was also a wonderful driver. Island driving can be so sketchy and we felt safe the entire time. He answered every single question we had about things we were passing by. Stopped anytime we needed to (we needed towels, because we didn't want to ruin the hotel ones) We stepped for lunch as well. He gave us the option and took us to a great party place. I love that every single place we stopped was actually run by locals and not foreign people just building attractions (if you know you know). He stopped by a couple places for photo ops. The attention to detail was so great. Even wiping the camera lens on our phones before taking photos. It's seriously the little things. I vanr imagine the comments about JD not being personable. He was seriously the best driver I've ever had. I've done lots of tours in many countries. The horseback riding was great, although we didn't go in too deep because my boyfriend's horse was a little stubborn. We totally didn't miss it though. We decided to do blue hole instead of dunns and it was wonderful. I'd recommend getting a life jacket even if you were a strong swimmer. I regretted not getting one because there's quite a current. I didn't do the jumps but my boyfriend did all 4. The river rafting was not what I expected at all. In the best way possible. Picture Jamaican Venice. This one was a plesent surprise. The amount of fish in the brackish water and all the birds were so great! We did the ATVs last. I decided to hop on with my boyfriend on a double since I have eplipsy and some visual perspective issues from a TBI. I figured I could do my own but I'd be holding everyone up. (Not that if matters) We did the double, and actually did a 10 minute break. "We're going so fast that you're going to finish it in no time! I love when people go fast" We didn't mind at all. Our guide for that one said he had built one of the tracks. We went in vacation with our whole family (21 of us) and just my boyfriend and I went out. Everyone was so jealous of our adventure day and asked us all the questions. JD added me in what's app and sent me photos that he'd taken and some that other people took (like from ATVs) The "shroom wizard" was also such a fun stop. My tips: Bring smaller bills for tips for each place you go. We felt so bad that we didn't bring much for tips for each stop. Every place you go will have people selling stuff. It's nice to have cash just to tip your individual guide at each stop. More if you want to buy small things on the stops. That's the only thing I'd do differently honestly. I didn't meet a single un-kind person the entire time honestly. Don't listen to the bad reviews on anything about this company. Some people are never happy. As an experienced traveler, I'll come back to Jamaica just to do more tours with JD. He says before he adds options, he likes to make sure they are quality and he'll do them himself. He even said he'll do planes a couple times to make sure. Don't miss out on this gem. Money comes, money goes. Experiences are worth it always. We also mentioned that we wanted to go deep sea fishing. He called around and quoted us different costs (about 1/2 as much as anywhere else for so much more WITH transportation) I would have loved to go. We just had very limited days left and ran out of time. JD we are definitely coming back, and we hope you'll come on the boat with us!! Not only did we have an amazing adventure, we made a new friend. Plus stories we'll be telling a lifetime to our grandchildren some day. ❤️ If you're on the fence, just do it!!

Action packed day that left us extremely tired but it was a great time. Our driver was nice a friendly, stopped along the way for souvenirs, never had us waiting and was always on time. Great communication . Definitely recommend. Great package for price.

These excursions were amazing! The Dunns Falls and River were awesome to see and climb. The horseback riding on the beach was great and beautiful. The ATV riding wasn't bad, a little shorter of a ride than we would have liked, and our guide went a little slow, maybe out of an abundance of caution, even though we told him we were experienced riders. The bamboo river rafting was a bit disappointing. The "river" was a short ride to a nearby beach. The pictures gave the appearance of a bamboo raft ride through a jungle; this was not the case at all. Even though the excursion states "bamboo rafting with limestone massage," the massage was an additional cost. Felt a little duped by that, but we didn't let it ruin our trip. All-in-all a great package for someone looking for adventure in Ochos Rios.
