Jovian brought us to a place that we could get gifts and snacks much cheaper than where we were staying.
Traveler's should know that experience was great. VIATOR answered all my questions and communicated with me prior and after my flight. Gave me instructions on what to do once I received my luggage..

The driver Bailey was amazing. Gave great information on Jamaica. He was there at airport on time. He called and let me know where to meet him. I did round trip and Bailey was my driver I was so happy because he made me feel comfortable. He also messaged me and let me know his arrival time. I would book with Bailey again best driver. The contracted transfer company misplaced by suitcase and failed to retrieve it. I had to investigate and retrieve the suitcase from the driver. The driver took the suitcase to his home and all identifying tags were removed, and the suitcase’s lock exhibited signs of tampering. Upon arrival, my families’s suitcases and strollers were placed in the bus/coach baggage compartment. There was no organization or marking to indicate where the suitcases would be dropped off. Therefore, upon arrival at your destination the offloading becomes an adventurous task; trying to located your specific suitcase. The transfer was operated by Tourissimo, and contracted through Ocean by H10 Hotels. The representatives for Tourissimo were very unprofessional and uncaring about my plight; to include lying about the location of my suitcase. Bear in mind, this is a shared ride transfer and the degree of professional care will be dependent on the driver, time of day and Jamaica’s weather. Therefore, book and travel at your own risk or leisure.

Unfortunately, we aren't associated with the company that provided your transfer service. You did not book with Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours. We don't do shared Tours. All our Tours and Transfer are Private. So please can you remove this review from our listing, because you did not book our service. We don't take customers suitcase to our home. All vehicles are parked at the office until the next morning. We have no idea what you are talking about. So please reach out to the company you book with, so you can get clarification. Demarley was our driver, great guy good service. Not sure where all they deliver to but definitely recommend if you're staying at Ocean Coral or ocean Eden.
