Left us waiting in the hotel for 2 hours until I called and was told that they didn’t have anyone to transport us. I probably should have been suspicious with them having so few reviews and I’m thinking that they will likely attempt to hide this one by maybe changing their name, but thankfully Viator will refund me, so the only thing lost is a day in an already short trip to Panama and our record of ziplining whenever we travel somewhere new :(

AMAZING! Our tour guides were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel safe while in the jungle for the first time and really went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. The ziplining was such a thrill — soaring over the treetops with breathtaking views all around us was something I’ll never forget. The guides were patient, encouraging, and explained everything clearly so even beginners felt confident. Safety was always a priority, which made it easy to relax and just enjoy the ride. The horseback riding was just as special. The horses were well cared for, gentle, and perfect for riders of all levels. Riding through the jungle and along the trails gave us a whole new perspective of the landscape, and it was such a peaceful way to connect with nature after the adrenaline rush of ziplining. Everything was well organized, from pickup to the activities themselves, and the guides’ warmth and humor really made the day. A few members of our group were late, yet the driver contacted us and chose to wait for everyone. I can’t recommend this tour enough — it’s the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, and it left us with memories we’ll cherish forever.

5 star plus! Book immediately when in Panama. Plan for 5 hours to destination, activity and return. We had an amazing time with our driver and guides. We chose 6 zip lines in area, some of water and horseback riding to end the tour. We were met with hot homemade food. Driver was ready and we departed Colon which is very rich in culture. Absolutely would do this again and highly recommend. Take cash to tip and if no Spanish get app to translate. 😊🙌🏾🇵🇦

The transportation there takes an hour but it was so worth it. Me and my sister had the whole experience to ourselves. The food was good and the customer service was also great. There is 6 lines for the zip lining and the horse back riding is from the last line back to the entrance you came in at, so about 30 mins. Would definitely do it again. The guys were excellent helping us.

So to start, the trip was great. We got a demonstration, were fitted with our equipment and were on our way to the practice line. Perfect starter. Then we went on the next 5 lines, including two over the lake. Then we chose the kayaking as our other activity. It was a calm day, and very relaxing solo kayaking. Not super hard. Got to see some cool birds from our boats. Kayaking is about 25 minutes. Then we had some good lunch. It had a lot of food and the food was all good. They do have a vegetarian/vegan option. Then we were on our way back to our hotel!
