En unik måde at se og føle Normandies kyst på Gold Beach Company tilbyder en unik jeeptur i en autentisk Willy's Jeep fra 2. verdenskrig! Turen stopper ved Arromanches Mullberry Harbour, hvor britiske ingeniører byggede en dybvandshavn for at aflæsse logistikken, der bragte Victory til Normandiet. Longues sur Mer tyske batteri er det bedst bevarede sted for Atlanterhavsmuren. Opdag hvordan britiske og franske flådeskibe tavede kanonerne på D-dagen. Endelig kommer du for at besøge en skarp kirkegård på Ryes Bazenville, som hjælper med at afspejle det enorme offer. En oplevelse, du ikke må gå glip af!

Our guides were terrific! Igor told many poignantly stories relating to Gold Beach and the Rhys cemetery. Almandine did a fantastic job explaining the German defenses. Both guides were knowledgeable, personable and patiently answered questions. Riding in the jeeps - and the terrific pictures of the day - will be family memories for years to come. An absolutely brilliant tour with Vincent, his knowledge was fantastic. He took us to some great locations that you’d never know were there and all the must see sites, explaining everything along the way together with all the background information. A must do if you’re visiting Normandy.
