The company let me book a trip that cost $600 that wasn't even available and then messaged me saying they would have to cancel and refund my money. Now I will have to wait for the money to be returned, and ne exceptionally disappointed that I got my hopes up about seeing the northern lights.
Good service, good photos, good car, excellent driver, it was snowing a lot and yet I felt safe with the driver. A good experience this tour.

Beware, hidden in the small print is a note about minimum number of people but it doesn’t say what that minimum number is. We had our trip cancelled because it was only us 2 ( they wanted 4) but they were happy to take our money on booking. Hoping to receive a full refund but still waiting.
Como pretendes que por 130 euros van a darte un tour privado? En un auto de Lujo? Estas en Islandia.. por otro lado no dice tour privado en ningún lado, un auto con capacidad para 4, el reembolso se te fue enviado y aún así realizaste el tour

The best experience! The care we were given was first class, from picking us up at the airport to taking us back, never worrying about how to get from place to place. It was very comfortable to be able to go both on private tour, at our own pace and making the stops that we wanted. Always super friendly the guide, helped us in everything we needed. We were given recommendations for places to eat and shop. We met amazing places and not only the “typical” ones, we could see on several occasions the Northern Lights, as our guide was always watching and looking to find them in the best spot. And if that weren't enough, it was like carrying our own photographer! Amazing photos, even with drone. 100% recommended!
Excellent choice of tour, it was an unforgettable experience. The landscapes are simply breathtaking. The organization was impeccable, the transportation comfortable and punctual, and each stop was very well planned. The very professional and attentive guide, sharing interesting data that made the tour even more special. Definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone who wants to live the magic of Iceland.
