Cruise didn’t accept Viator Ticket purchased. I had to buy another ticket at window. Viator never answered my phone call.
Easy on and off access , excellent narrative and great views and plenty of spaces to set around the boat.
The tour was amazing!! We have great photos with Lady Liberty! The view was beautiful! I highly recommend!

This was supposed to be the highlight of our 25th reunion. But everything went wrong.... wrong boat, wrong location, wrong times, only 30 mins cruising + 30mins at the dock, instead of NYC: 90-Minute Architectural Skyline Boat Tour & Statue of Liberty. Disappointed...don't waste your money, it's a scam!!

On the day of your cruise, an unforeseen maritime emergency occurred — a Mexican vessel struck the Brooklyn Bridge, resulting in a tragic accident and forcing citywide restrictions and last-minute changes. To ensure your safety and avoid cancellation, we quickly secured an alternate location and operated the tour as planned from Pier 78. We can confirm that the cruise remained a 90-minute tour, including all standard skyline and Statue of Liberty viewing points. If you believe your sailing did not match this, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can investigate further and make things right. I have this experience scheduled for 6 o’clock The reservation office called me and said that the last boat going out would be at 4:30. We were already in a Broadway show so we were unable to attend. I am hoping to have my money returned.
Was not able to go on our boat ride. We tried 3 times. 1 originally booked and rescheduled twice. Our first time we arrived early after driving through traffic, around construction and arriving on time, was told by a rude man “there is parking but not for you”. Our second time, we left earlier and couldn’t find.a parking spot. Our third time we left 3 hours early and still no luck. It took us over an hour to drive 2 miles. Traffic is impossible and parking is the worst, they don’t offer refunds so don’t waste your money unless you understand the city better then someone who has never been to a city like this. I’m not mad, just wished they were more willing to try to help someone or have information for insinuations like this, instead of just taking money.
It didn't turn up there was our group and another we were there 35 mins beforehand and were a little concerned as there was no one there, a different sailing confirmed we were in the right Pier and were were slightly reassured when another group appeared, we all waited...and waited and nothing arrived. We weren't notified of a cancellation and am now waiting for my refund. A word of warning, the area is undergoing major building work and there's no obvious transportation near by which we found disconcerting as this should have been an evening cruise!!
Great tour and good value for money. Don't waste your $ on dinning cruise it is far too over priced and you waste time away from the dinning table in order to capture your photographs. Get there early to secure an indoor seat in the winter months. Take your own drinks and snacks as they are expensive.
Very good tour with the music when visiting the Ellis Island. The skyline of downtown is a romantic place to be with someone you care about on that tour.
My family and I arrived to New York and put in the address that was given to us.. for some reason it took us to a pier all the way in the opposite side, I tried endlessly to get in contact with the phone number that was provided to me because I wanted to get more information on getting to the correct place and of course no answer until after the excursion began, when trying to call to reschedule they gave me a lame explanation that because they provided me the wrong information and did not answer to fix it, they still wanted to charge a $15 dollar fee per person and steal more money from me.. honestly if it was my fault I would understand but that wasn’t the case, on top of that the operator Kimberly was rude and hung up on me while I was talking… smh terrible terrible customer service! They are just trying to steal your money! Will not be booking with them again!
