This is not an in person tour. Supposedly we were getting a link to an app, but we never received it. No where in the description did is say this was do it yourself tour.
Victoria, we're sorry to hear of your frustration, but we tried our best to inform you that the eATLAS Adventure you purchased was app-guided. We responded to you in the Viator system on July 20th at 2:53 p.m. with the following message: "The Sip Happens Adventure from eATLAS is app-guided, so you can start at any time convenient to you. We recommend taking the Adventure anytime time from 5:00 p.m. forward. After downloading the eATLAS app and registering, apply the code provided by Viator and you'll be on your way." We also left you a voicemail message that same day at 2:56 p.m. with similar information. The Viator listing states "Explore the underground drinking culture of Chicago during the Prohibition era on this captivating app-guided walking tour." The ticket details you should have received from Viator state "The eATLAS mobile app will be your digital guide for the Sip Happens: Chicago Loop Prohibition Tour – you don’t need to wait for a tour guide or present a paper ticket! You may also start, pause and resume at any time."
