Such a wonderful experience, boarding was quick and easy. Me and my sister sat on top and order a drink for the ride. I love every minute of it, the tour guide, the views, everything was all in all great!! Highly recommend

Excellent way to see the highlights of the beautiful buildings in Downtown Chicago. Tour guide excellent. Would also be helpful to have a QR code that had the pictures of the buildings and names to follow along with the tour guide for those of us who would like a keepsake.
The people were very nice and helpful! I only wish I arrived sooner to get seating at the top of the boat. We stood on the lower level and it had a very nice view but we could not hear the guide very well. It was still a fun experience and definitely worth a visit!
Very interesting learned a lot, didn't know about Chicago not the buildings especially having the 2nd biggest building in the US and one of the top blogs in the world

We got there 9:15 and the boat had already left, you guys need to put on the website that the that’s the time that the boat actually leaves… and we still didn’t get a refund.
