We had an absolutely incredible tour to Mount Bromo and the waterfalls, and a massive part of that was thanks to our guide, Arya. From the very beginning, Arya was incredibly helpful and attentive. His English is excellent, which made communication completely seamless. What we loved most was how knowledgeable he is—he taught us so much about the rich history of both Mount Bromo and the waterfalls, even sharing the fascinating origins of their names. The pace of the tour was perfect. We never felt rushed for a single moment, allowing us to truly take in the stunning views and enjoy the experience. Beyond his professionalism, Arya is just a genuinely nice, warm guy. By the end of the trip, it felt less like we were being led by a tour guide and more like we were exploring with a friend. If you are planning a trip to Bromo, we cannot recommend Arya highly enough. Thank you, Arya, for making our trip so special!
Arya was a fantastic guide and conversational. We learnt a lot about Bromo, Surabaya and Indonesia as he was friendly and educational. I recommend him for anyone looking to go to the waterfall or hike up Bromo
We had such a great time on our Mount Bromo tour! Huge thanks to our guide, Hirman, and our driver, Wempy. Hirman speaks fluent English, is super friendly and funny, and shared lots of interesting information throughout the trip. He also took amazing photos for us and even brought us to a viewpoint with fewer people, which made the whole experience so much better. We got to enjoy the sunrise without the big crowds and it felt much more special! Wempy was also an excellent driver. The roads can be quite challenging, but we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Hirman and Wempy. They made our trip unforgettable!!
We had an amazing experience on the Mt Bromo sunrise tour, made even better by our guide, Riza. He was full of energy from start to finish, incredibly friendly, and shared so much interesting information throughout the day. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his enthusiasm made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were also lucky enough to have perfect weather and excellent conditions all day, which meant we got incredible views and everything went smoothly. The tour was well organised, a lot of fun, and something we’ll remember for a long time. A huge thank you to Riza for making an already incredible destination even more memorable. His keen eye for photography means we were able to capture these incredible moments. Highly recommend this tour!
Our trip to Mount Bromo was perfectly organized from start to finish and was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Indonesia. A special thank you goes to our guide Melati. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always well-organized. The communication was excellent – she explained everything clearly, addressed our questions, and ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout the day. We were particularly impressed by how much effort she put into taking beautiful photos of us. As a result, we not only have unforgettable memories in our minds but also great pictures that capture this special day. The entire process was smooth, relaxed, and perfectly planned at the same time. You could tell how much passion Melati has for her job. The sunrise at Mount Bromo was breathtaking, and thanks to her organization, we were able to fully enjoy the experience. For us, this trip was an absolute 10-star experience. We will remember this day with a smile for a long time and can wholeheartedly recommend the tour with Melati. Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience!
It was an excellent trip, we really enjoyed every moment. The guide mr. Arya was a very lively and humble person and provided us with the information regarding the places we visited.he also helped us to get some beautiful photos.
Our Bromo tour was very well organized, communication went very smoothly and our tour guide Rico did an amazing job in getting us to the best sunrise spot. It was a great experience that I would gladly recommend. Only downside is the traffic that you encounter when driving back down from King Kong Hill.

Chinese-speaking guide, the tour content is quite wonderful, the itinerary is very well planned and perfectly avoids the crowd, also takes us to many mysteries, excellent trips, careful and essential, and after returning home, we still remember the journey!
Most amazing 1 day tour to Mt Bromo plus the waterfall adventure too! But be prepared for the traffic jams and also the bumpy jeep ride. It was pretty bad 2 hours ride but at the end, the view is so beautiful that I forgot about the uncomfortable feeling in the tummy. We had the best guide, Ikhsan! Truly dedicated guide and most caring one too! Good photography skills. He took great care of us from the moment he met us at the hotel lobby all the way till we are back to the hotel at the end of the tour! Will look for him if we are ever back in Surabaya.
