Depending on an airport transfer, especially when traveling internationally, is extremely valuable. This company was not at the airport to pick us up, so we had to go hunting for a cab (long lines, etc). I will certainly find a different transfer for my return flight!
Dear Mr. Ken, I apologise for the inconvenience. As I explained earlier, I had a flat tire and sent you a picture of it. As soon as I realised I would not be able to make it on time, I arranged for another driver to come immediately, and he arrived 13 minutes later. I sincerely apologise for the delay. We always strive to be there 15 minutes early to account for unforeseen circumstances. I hope you will give us another chance , as we are always doing our best to serve you. Thank you for your understanding.
Mario is on time, keeps a sparkling clean car, drives safely, and is a pleasure to talk to. We hired Mario to drive us to and from Nafplio and Athens. He was punctual, helped us load all our luggage, and drove us safely. His car is a newer Mercedes and we were very comfortable. He also has Wi-Fi in the car. He speaks very good English. Thank you for a safe drive! We will use your services next year again!

Very reliable polite , friendly and speaks English - on time and he is clear with instructions - meet us from the ferry boat and took us to Athens airport - car clean and air conditioned would recommend and use again.
