This is related to my experience on Monday May 25 Booking Number 1394408265. I followed your instructions arriving at Melbourne Domestic and International terminal. AWFUL, There has been no Experience OZ counter in Terminal 1 since before COVID. Thanks to a helpful security guard and a patient driver from Con-X-Ion we were able to connect and get to hotel. Very stressful trying to connect through no fault to driver but YOUR instructions.

The instructions provided by viator are incorrect. The existence of Experience OZ counter in terminal one has not existed since before CCIVID causing a very stressful situation.

The Experience Oz counter has not been in operation since COVID, and our pickup instructions for Melbourne have since been updated. These updated instructions are normally sent to passengers prior to arrival. We will continue working with our booking partners to ensure their information remains current. Make sure you know exactly where to get picked up. The GPS option was incorrect Ron was exceptional. He was highlighting all the areas to visit. Great personality.

I could not find them no clear instructions on where they would be I looked for nearly a hour with no luck

This transfer company is a scam. Didn’t show up on arrival and got us an uber for less than we paid for the transfer. On the return they sent a small car without room for people and luggage so it was cramped and hot. Just dropped everyone off at a random spot all in wrong terminals.

I went outside the terminal and followed the directions provided on my ticket. It directed me to terminal 4 and a nonexistent place. After asking multiple people, getting a limo driver to make a call for me, and walking for 2 hours I miraculously found the driver. He waited for me because I was his only pickup. He explained that the directions were 4 years out of date. I should have texted via WhatsApp but I called instead…didn’t think to text. He was friendly and we had a nice chat during the 30 minute ride to my hotel. You need to UPDATE your instructions!
