It was good for me but my friend had the best experience of his life. The facility was top and the pick and drop service was good.
Everything was so well organised Smail picked us up, drove is to Guilliz(?) We were met by a lovely lady who served us tea. Hamman and massage were brilliant

The experience was rushed for my family and I. Totally different experience than when I went in November. Very disappointing. I will not return.
I attempted to book a reservation with The Lotus spa but your site redirected us to a traditional spa for a massage and hammam experience. A very friendly driver picked us up and brought us to “Stella spa” which surprised us as we had expected to be taken to the Lotus spa. Since we already paid we had no choice but go into this spa. I booked for 3 hours for 3 persons. The driver picked us up on time but once we we arrived at the spa we waited 40/45 minutes to go into the barely steamed room. 2 employees were only available to perform the Hamman on 3 of us in a very small room. 1 person had to wait while the others were quickly soaped up. We questioned whether the exfoliating mitt was used on others as we did not see it replaced when the next person was scrubbed. Each individual was washed/scrubbed and shampooed in less than 15 minutes. The 3rd person did not have a complete scrubbing as the employees left the room. We were then taken in for a massage which was more satisfactory but at times the masseuse left the room or did not provide a continuous massage. The changing room was very small with 1 locker shared by the 3 of us. We felt very misled by your site and with the hamman experience and would not recommend it to others.

They changed the time from 11am to 2pm at the last minute. Establishment was very basic and massage not great. We even saw a dead rat outside.

Non-contractual announcement. The booking link was linked to the name of another spa I had planned to visit. Arriving there, the booking did not match and I never managed to reach the right provider to get to the right place. Already very late due to a flight delay, I could not enjoy my service and the site refused me the refund. Scam.
