Manhattan Skyline og Statue Night Cruise

It is very poorly organised. Very dirty boat. Started 45 mins late, we missed our dinner reservation. My tour was for 60 mins at 7pm. They mixed us up with those who have booked at 6:30pm for 90 mins

The boat arrived 45 minutes late and the tour was 1 hour late to leave. We couldn’t stay because we had plans for after the boat ride, and Viator blamed us for wanting to leave.

We had an amazing time, romantic & loved the views A must do again event, the next time we would love food

Very unprofessional. The tour didn’t tell much of anything. It was NOT 90 minutes. Would not recommend.

The experience was nice. But Lady Marie owner of the ship was too bossy. She made us wait to use the restroom thankfully it was unlocked because she said it wouldn’t be open until ten minutes before leaving. She even snatched the water bottles from passengers. But the crew was absolutely amazing. They even gave my daughter a complimentary bday drink she turned 10. The staff took amazing pictures. Great staff.

First of all, crousie was delayed for an hour, so we were just standing and waiting. When we departed, we went to some boat filling station, stayed there for 15 min, then on way back we just pased statue from distance, so we didnt see statue. When we went back, we were waiting on the boat for another half hour to get out of it. It was tourture. Didnt enyoy at all.

Caution while booking this. They change the pick up location and inform you just a few hours before. You will end up paying heavy charges for Cab to reach their new pick up point

It was nice to sit and look at the city skyline. I do wish the speaker worked on the upper deck of the boat.

Terrible! They cancelled and never notified us!! We showed up to an empty dock! Don’t waste your money!

Apparently the company and Viator do not communicate with each other at all. Our trip was first rescheduled then canceled without an opportunity to request a refund. Just been told to contact someone else everytime we ask.
