Climate controlled & glass windows… free drink! Tour guide gave us plenty of time to take pictures!
This was the perfect way to see the Statue of Liberty! So much more comfortable than the big boats, and the glass enclosed seating with air conditioning was SO amazing in the summer heat!

Visitor App meeting location is incorrect! The meeting point graphic displays Pier 60, however the written description reads Pier 62. Our Uber driver dropped us at Pier 60 so we had to become “Pier Runners” and sprint to Pier 62 and barely made the cruise. The ticket personnel had to personally run us down the dock, instructing the onboard team via radio to hold the ship for us!!!
Perfect length of time for a cruise (1 hour and a half). The boat was beautiful, spacious, clean with large windows. And we were free to walk around inside and outside. We stopped at the Statue of Liberty and had the most perfect view. Finally the staff was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. It was obvious they love this tour and they wanted us to love it too. Our group was of various ages: from teens to seniors and we all enjoyed it tremendously. We all said we wanted to do it again and we recommend it unreservedly.

I am very disappointed with this company’s service. I had already scheduled and paid for the trip, but my reservation was canceled without anyone calling or notifying me in advance. I spent money on a taxi to get to the meeting point, only to find out that my reservation had been canceled. This was very unprofessionalGood customer service should include clear communication.

GREAT VIEWS of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge and of course, the Statue of Liberty. I’m a lifelong New Yorker and was totally impressed. Boat was beautiful and very stable in the water. We were on the Manhattan III. Personally, I love the fact that this company supports 9/11 first responder's who lost their lives that day, such as Firefighter Michael J Cawley. Great day with friends and family!
