Excellent cruise - guide was terrific ( forget his name) Sept 22, Manhattan II

The tour guide was interesting and informative. The food and drink service was excellent. I would recommend this tour.

Relaxing boat ride with lots of architecture history from a professional. Boat staff offered great service and there is a bathroom on the boat.

The tour takes a bit under 3 hours. The boat is fairly new (I believe the guide indicated that it was built in the last couple of years), and is very comfortable. The ticket provided comfortable inside seating at tables, there is also an outside viewing area at the front of the boat. The tour went up the Hudson River, across the top of Manhattan, and then down along the East River. We passed by parts of the Bronx, Roosevelt, Randall, and Wards Islands, and got great views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Our guide, who is a trained architect, provided ongoing commentary during the majority of the trip, pointing out buildings of interest and describing their attributes, history, etc. If you are interested in the architecture and sites of New York, I highly recommend this tour.

This was a very fun and insightful tour around Manhatten. We had really rainy weather, but still really enjoyed the beautiful boat, great service and the wonderful architecture information we received from our guide. Would have preferred head sets. Hard to hear at times. The information was interested. The boat and staff terrific.

A super informative and relaxing experience. It exceeded our expectations. Our guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has interest in the architecture, topography, and history of New York and how they intersect. His suggestion to visit the Tenement Museum was also spot on!

So glad we chose this cruise line after seeing all of the other boats near the Statue of Liberty. The Manhattan is a smaller wooden boat, that is beautiful as well as comfortable, with only 70-ish passengers aboard. The narration by Andrew was engaging and gave us a good sense of the eras and challenges that have faced the city over several centuries. We learned a lot! We got up close to Lady Liberty, with plenty of time for photos and to soak in the sight, and we were lucky to have a warm, beautiful day to enjoy it all. We cruised around the entire island of Manhattan and saw works and buildings in areas that are often excluded as not being “touristic”. This cruise was recommended to us by a NY friend, and it certainly lived up to the hype.

2hr 45 min trip all around Manhattan, under multiple bridges and saw all the sights from the water. Architect guide was very interesting. Boat was lovely inside we had our own table, with table and bar service and lovely toilet facilities. Option to go out onto deck also.
