Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and had a lot of recommendations about food and other sites to see in the area.
Martina was a very thoughtful and knowledgeable tour guide. She’s a local law student who gave great tips on food and excursions in Lugano. She also took us on a detour to visit a local museum/farm because the lion statue is closed due to renovations. She had a very in-depth knowledge of the history of Lucerne, brought pictures to show us the inside of buildings that we didn’t go in to see, videos to enrich the tour, and seemed to know the answer to everything we asked. Highlight of our trip to Switzerland. We had a small group of 5 and it was perfect for our group.
Excellent morning walking tour of Lucerne. Our guide was excellent and information about the history and culture of Lucene was very informative and brought the city to light. We felt like we really saw a good portion of the city in this short time. Highly recommend this tour when you are in Lucerne.

We booked this small group walking tour and were pleasantly surprised to learn that it was just my husband and I. Luis was friendly and eager to answer all of our questions. He took us all over Lucerne, including several spots that I had never heard of, despite my countless hours of research prior to arrival. He was happy to take our photos and even offered to do so without us having to ask. He catered the tour to us, allowing us to stay in one spot a few extra minutes or showing us where we should grab lunch after the tour. We learned more about Lucerne than we did any other city we visited, all thanks to Luis.
