This was an excellent tour. Andrea was our tourist guide a very nice, polite, knowledgeable, friendly person. Just with that said the tour is worth it. Additionally the tequileras we visited were great, I enjoyed, learned and had fun with the group. I highly recommend you to do this tour to enjoy, learn and have fun when visiting Guadalajara. Thank you Andrea for sharing your experience, expertise and making us enjoy the whole day.

Skip the tour of the huge factories. We visited two small distilleries and learned ALL about making artisinal and conventional tequila. The first, Casa de Oro, was amazing. 6 tequilas. A smaller second place with 4 tastings. (Perhaps they gave me a few double fills too). Our guide, Andrea, was super knowledgeable and fun. I was solo, joining a family group of 9 who welcomed me like a family member. Fun fellow tourists makes any tour even better. A late Breakfast (lunch really) was included before the tequila stops, a dinner stop where we share the cost - bring pesos please - and then a stop for shopping in Tequila proper (30 minutes, wish it was more!) Finally, a stop at a venue with food, drinks and several mariachi bands playing at once (LOL) where a sweet drink was mixed in a giant clay jug and poured out. 2 more drinks. What am I up to? 12? 14? The only difficulties: did not hear from them about pickup until the Evening before which made me nervous, and I had to get an uber to another place for that. I got them to drop me off closer but still had a 1.5 mile walk.

It was a wonderful experience, our tour guide Andi was amazing. Andi was very knowledgeable and very detailed on the tequila process from start to finish. I would totally recommend this tour. I can't wait to book another adventure with them

It’s a long day- but not too long where it’s not enjoyable. Dress comfortably and wear good shoes for walking on cobblestones.

10/10 – Worth every penny! This tour was absolutely worth the value. Our guide, Mich, was fantastic — fun, knowledgeable, and able to answer every question we threw at her, whether it was about the local area or the ins and outs of the tequila distillery process. The group size was small enough to keep things intimate, and by the end everyone genuinely felt like friends. We visited two distilleries, and both were memorable in their own way. The first was a small-batch operation where the owners themselves greeted us and spoke with real passion about their craft — you could tell how much love went into every bottle, and the tequila was delicious. The second distillery was more developed and polished, with genuinely beautiful grounds. Breakfast was a highlight too — a local, no-frills spot on the side of the road where you could order as many gorditas, tacos, and quesadillas as you wanted. Absolutely delicious. One heads up: be prepared to be out for about 12 hours, so pace yourself! But honestly, it was worth every minute. Highly recommend requesting Mich as your guide!

I can't say enough good things about this Tequila tour. I booked it the day before over WhatsApp, and the entire process was quick and seamless. Michelle picked me up the next morning in a very comfortable SUV. I was running 15 mins late, she waited, NBD. We picked up 3 other young couples and headed out to Tequila. Immaculate vibes from Michelle and the group the whole way, even the ride was fun. Beautiful scenery along the way. We stopped at two small places for breakfast/lunch, both were amazing. Visited two distilleries: one was designed to accommodate tours and the other was basically a small hut in the jungle. Unbelievably delicious tequila at both spots, especially the smaller more remote distillery. As much tequila/beer along the way as I could handle. This tour distinguished itself from other operators to me in a number of ways: 1) Other than taking us only to the obvious tourist stops, they introduced us to hidden local food and drink spots that felt like insider recommendations. Every stop was memorable; 2) Great value food and drink wise - There was so much food and drink available and it was all amazing; 3) The hospitality was incredible. Michelle was clearly focused on making sure we as individuals and as a group had a great time. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the region, the tequila-making process, and the local culture, while also creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere for the group. 4) I was riding solo as a primarily English speaker among a group of couples who were mostly Spanish speakers. Despite that, I never felt like an outsider. Michelle and the team effortlessly made me feel included in both the social experience and the educational portions of the tour. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out; I've done plenty of tours while traveling, and this was one of the best. It struck the perfect balance of education, authentic local experiences, incredible food and tequila, and genuinely warm hospitality. If you're visiting Guadalajara or Tequila, I wouldn't hesitate to book this tour. It was easily one of the highlights of my World Cup trip.

This is such a great catch all experience for getting to know the Tequila region. You should just note that there is flexibility in the tour and you can choose time you spend on some of the locations. We had such a great time and Andrea, our guide was great in explaining everything and ensuring we had the best time! Definitely recommend!

The tequila tour with Andrea was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was our family’s first-ever tequila tour, and every one of us had such a great time. Even after returning to Korea, we still talk about tequila and fondly remember the tour. It has become a truly happy and unforgettable memory for our whole family. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of our questions about tequila in such an engaging and cheerful way. Her communication skills were also excellent, and everyone in our family was able to understand her explanations clearly and easily. Since there was a World Cup match that day, we asked if it would be possible to finish the tour earlier than usual. She accommodated our request perfectly, which allowed us to complete everything else we had planned in Mexico without any difficulty. The next time we visit Mexico, we would love to take this tour again and enjoy the full experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico!
