This is a full day of touring some of the smaller cities and towns around Jalisco. We spent a beautiful afternoon by Lake Chapala, and our guide Norberto gave us excellent recommendations for lunch. Then we headed over for some strolling and shopping in Ajijic. It was supposed to be a group tour but my mom and I were the only ones and we really got a custom experience from Norberto. He was super informative about the history of Lake Chapala, he asked us always what our pace was, which was wonderful since I was traveling with my mom, who is older. It was a wonderful day and I highly recommend this tour if you want to get out of Guadalajara and see a little more of the Jalisco area.
I had such a wonderful day on this private tour of Chapala and Ajijic! From the beginning, communication with my guide, Norberto, was excellent. He was very punctual, professional and friendly, and the car was extremely comfortable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Norberto was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area and shared so many interesting facts and fun stories along the way. He made the drive there and back fly by, and I learned so much without it ever feeling like a history lesson! I was especially happy to see Vicente Fernández’s ranch from the outside, which was a real treat. I also loved Chapala, particularly the beautiful old train station museum and learning about the fascinating history behind it. Walking along the malecón and enjoying the views of the lake was so relaxing. Ajijic was equally charming. I loved the beautiful murals throughout the town, and the narrow cobblestone streets made it feel so cozy and inviting to walk around and explore. Both towns have their own character and were such a pleasure to experience. The private tour made the whole day feel relaxed and personal, and Norberto really made the experience special with his knowledge, stories and great company. I would definitely recommend this tour!

A 10/10 experience. Not only because of the excursion itself, but especially because of the person who accompanied us throughout the entire tour. Their charisma, approachability, attention, and care for every detail make you feel in very good hands from the very first moment. A great day well spent with Panoramex Tour and Travel. Sergio was fantastic and entertaining. He made the trip very interesting and took great pictures. I have plenty to share my experiences in Chapala and Aijic. Eduardo was also very nice and safe driver. All around a very nice and comfortable excursion.

Mr. Ronny gave us a great tour with a lot of information about the site, made us feel very comfortable, and was always attentive. At the end of the return trip to Guadalajara, he dropped us off at the restaurant where we were going to eat. Highly recommended!
