Fantastic experience. We had a private balloon for three people as a celebration for my mother’s 87th birthday. We ( and she) were really well looked after by Marawan our guide and Ahmed our pilot.
We didn't have a hotel we stayed at where we could pick up and drop off on the site, so we negotiated to have them come to our hotel via WhatsApp. You have been very helpful. Hot air balloons are the best. Rides after sunrise don't allow you to see the sunrise above, but they do give you the benefit of seeing hot air balloons rising one after another from the ground. It was also a wonderful sight.
Really cool experience. Hot air balloon ride lasted almost an hour, beautiful sunrise and views. Marwan was really friendly and professional. Highly recommended
We had a lovely balloon trip which was safe and had beautiful views. Marwan was very helpful as our main guide and the whole team worked so well together to set up and pack away the balloon.

Balloon trip was first class. Picked up right on time by Marawan and conveyed by private boat from my hotel to the West bank of the Nile. Given a breakfast pack and coffee on the boat. On arrival at the balloon field was given a safety briefing and very quickly and efficiently we were up, up and away! It was a beautiful, faultless flight, fulfilling a long-held ambition. 24 of us in the very large hot air balloon 🎈 basket. A beautiful landing, barely knew we had touched down, and when we landed i was greeted by Marawan, who had tracked us in the car. There were over 50 balloons launched at the same time. Truly spectacular. After the flight, private car and boat back to my hotel on the East bank. Genuinely unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
After already paying for my experience on the hot air balloon, I was sent my confirmation number and ticket right away. Then was told when I was picked up that they are all booked. That is very upsetting. You guys should have not even accepted the money if you were already all booked. It’s my last day here and I wanted to end it with a beautiful view that sadly didn’t happen.
this not honest comment, we need to clarify the situation as your review is not entirely accurate. The hot air balloon flight was scheduled to depart at 5:00 AM, and you made the reservation at 4:30 AM, just a few minutes before the departure. Due to the extremely late booking, we immediately contacted you to inform you that your booking was pending and unconfirmed, as all spots for the flight had already been filled. We explained that we would check for availability, and if there was a possibility to accommodate you, we would proceed. If not, we assured you that a full refund would be provided. Unfortunately, there were no available spots on the flight, and as promised, we fully refunded your money right away. We completely understand your disappointment, but please understand that the late booking time and the limited availability were the main factors in this situation. We regret that you were not able to experience the hot air balloon ride,
Soaring above the ancient wonders of Luxor in a hot air balloon was truly magical. The breathtaking views and the serenity of the flight were incredible. And to top it off, the price were very reasonable."

The balloon ride itself was gorgeous. The operator was helpful. He made sure everyone to have the chance to see everything. The people on the land were lack of communication and made us stay on the ground longer than expected.

However, in some cases, depending on wind direction, the balloon may land in areas that are not easily accessible by vehicles, which can occasionally cause a short delay until the team reaches the landing point.
