Din rejse gennem Luxors rige historie begynder med, at vores rejseguide henter dig fra dit Luxor-hotel. Vi tager på en Luxor-dagstur for at udforske den thebanske nekropolis på Nilens vestbred. Her vil du afsløre mysterierne i Kongernes Dal, det sidste hvilested for Faraoerne i Det Nye Kongerige (1550 – 1080 f.Kr.). Udhugget i bjergsiden indeholder denne gravplads 64 grave, hvor den tidligste tilhører dronning Hatshepsuts far, Tuthmosis I (1506-1493 f.Kr.). Derefter rejser vi til det storslåede Hatshepsut-tempel. Dette tempel er et vidunder, bygget på tværs af tre terrasser, der problemfrit blander sig med de imponerende klipper i de thebanske bjerge. Oprindeligt førte en allé af sfinkser til Nilen, med myrratræer, der prydede templets indgang. Dronning Hatshepsut, den eneste kvinde, der regerede Egypten som en farao, er portrætteret i maskulin form, iført en faraos kilt og skæg. Derudover vil du på Vestbredden støde på de to Memnon-kolosser, der knejser tyve meter højt, og fungerer som de eneste rester af Amenophis III's begravelsestempel.

We waited in the morning, but the driver didn't arrive. When we contacted the company, they didn't respond until several hours later. When we asked them to send the car again and offered to pay them more money, they refused.
Our driver was at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time and waited for more than one hour. During that time, we made several attempts to contact you, but unfortunately received no response. Additionally, there was no reservation registered under your name at the hotel, which made it impossible for our team to locate you. You eventually contacted us around 1:00 PM and requested that we send the vehicle again from another location. In our conversation, you acknowledged that the situation resulted from your own mistake, and this is clearly documented in our message history. We will provide these records as evidence when requesting a review of this unfair and misleading feedback. We take great pride in delivering professional and reliable service to all our guests. In this case, we fulfilled our obligations and were present at the agreed time and location. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for the missed service, as no fault occurred on our side.
If you want a great experience in the value of the kings history on the east and west Banks of Luxor and a wonderful private tour with a knowledgeable guide. This is the excursion for you. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to avoid the hassle of large tour groups. 5 ⭐️

Ahmed was a wonderful tour guide. This tour was the highlight of our whole holiday. He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind, warm and has beautiful energy. If I was wasn’t sick it would’ve been great to do a full day tour but I feel the half day tour was still a fanatic way to show the amazing ancient history and culture in Luxor. Thank you Ahmed!

Mansour was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. He was also helpful at getting us water and snacks when it was very hot and tiring. The sites are amazing to see, definitely worth it.

My partner and I enjoyed our tour with Nasser. The half day tour was a perfect amount of time as it was enough time to see everything but not so long and tiring. Nasser shared with us many stories and facts which we hadn't yet heard from other tour guides which was great. Each of the sights we visited were very busy but he was able to guide us through the tour making sure we saw everything with enough time to take it all in. I would recommend a tour with Nasser.

It was a very nice tour, very compact in half a day. Starting with the Colossus of Memnon and continuing from the Temple of Hatshepsut to the Valley of the Kings, the last tomb of Tutankhamun was a sight to behold. Our guide Mansuor Hamed was really fabulous. His knowledge of the history & culture of the sites visited was outstanding. Mansuor also had a great sense of humour and therefore, was very good company. I would also add that the driver Hassan was excellent - the car was very comfortable, modern, clean & safe.
