Din guide Daniel henter dig fra dit Sydney CBD hotel i en luksus Mercedes van til en hel dag i Hunter Valley. Denne lille gruppe tur (max 11 gæster) besøger tre håndplukkede kælder døre - Krinklewood's fantastiske Provençal ejendom, den raffinerede 1813 på Tinonee, og arkitektonisk slående Keith Tulloch Wine. På Keith Tulloch, en håndværker chokolade er på stedet, og du kan tilføje en håndværk gin smagning uden ekstra gebyr. Frokost er på Café Enzo - en Hunter Valley institution siden 1996, beliggende i en sandsten toscansk gårdhave i Pokolbin. Hjemmelavet mad, lokale produkter, generøse tallerkener. Klokken 08:00 begynder rejsen, mens chaufføren/guiden henter dig fra din udpegningsadresse i Sydney CBD i en luksuriøs, airconditioned minivan. Nyd landskabet, mens vi går op ad kysten mod den smukke Hunter Valley. Kørslen er omkring 2 1/2 timer. *Vi henter dig op og sender dig tilbage til din angivne Sydney eller Hunter Valley adresse - hotel, Airbnb, privat bolig. Ved kl. 11:00 kommer du til din første destination – Krinklewood Estate. En skjult perle omgivet af haver i provencalsk stil, hvor paver vandrer frit. Her vil du nyde en elegant vinsmagning, perfekt kombineret med en lokalt fremstillet ost og charcuterie bord, hvis du ønsker det. Sip langsomt, da du vil være her i 1 1/2 timer. Den perfekte mængde tid til at nyde vinen i et uheldigt tempo, tage i den fantastiske atmosfære, og tag nogle Instagram-værdige billeder i området. Klokken 12: 00 tager vi til 1813, en elegant boutique kælderdør placeret blandt vinmarkerne i Tinonee Vineyard Estate. Slap af og nyd en vinsmagningsoplevelse i deres luftkonditionerede kælderdør i de varmere måneder og ild på den tilstødende terrasse i de køligere måneder, mens du beundrer det maleriske landskab og den spektakulære sandstenformation kendt som Yellow Rock. Klokken 13.30 er det tid til en lang, indbydende frokost. Café Enzo ligger i det toscanske sandstenskompleks Peppers Creek Village på Broke Road og har været en af Hunter Valley's mest elskede spisesteder siden 1996. Menuen er bygget omkring lokalt fremstillet, hjemmelavet madlavning - tænk generøse tallerkener, fantastisk kaffe og en alfresco gårdhave, der får dig til at ønske at forblive. Det er en ægte institution i dalen, kendt lige så meget for sin atmosfære og gæstfrihed som for maden selv. Gæsterne bestiller og betaler på dagen.
Efter frokost træder vi ind i den polerede ro i Keith Tulloch Wine – et arkitektonisk slående, lysfyldt rum indrammet af udsigt over bjergene og skulpturelle græsplæner. Dette er et sted, hvor hver eneste detalje føles hensigtsmæssig, fra de rene linjer i smagsrummet til det stille hum af en familieejendom, der tager sit håndværk alvorligt. Daniel and Kylie were our guides. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. They knew about all the wineries and selected the very best. We were treated like VIPs all along the trip. The lunch was very good at Enzo. Warning… The portions are humongous. We had so much fun. We highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend. A great wine tasting experience. We were picked up in Sydney in a comfortable Mercedes 9 seater. Visited 3 cellar doors with some great wines and had a lovely lunch. Daniel is the perfect guide and Lydia is super helpful with her communications and details for the tour.

Pickup at the hotel was great and easy. Wineries chosen especially the Thomas Allen winery (which was outstanding) were all good. The bonus was seeing kangaroos in the wild. They were just outside of a winery resting in the shade. It was the icing on the cake.

6 stars! Coast to cork messaged us the night before with an exact pick up time and Daniel met us on time. The Mercedes van was very nice and clean, I had a nice wine nap on the way back to Sydney. Daniel is so nice and was cool to chat with, he told us stories of Australia and Australian wine. He took us to Vinden (our favorite), Keith Tolluch (where we had an awesome lunch) and Thomas Allen (where we bought the most bottles). Each winery was passionate about wine making and the experiences they provided, each host was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again Daniel and Cork to Coast, we had such a great trip! We highly recommend.

The drive to the Hunter Valley was entertaining, you had a good impression of the scenery - the guide gave us interesting background information about the area and the history of the winegrowing and the individual wineries that emerged here - all around it was a sensual, culinary experience in beautiful locations! It was one of the highlights of our 4day Sydney stay!

We had an amazing time on our vineyard tour, Dan was such a great host! He was relaxed, friendly, and full of interesting information about the Hunter. Everywhere we stopped, we were made to feel extra special and well catered to, all were the perfect spots to enjoy delicious wine surrounded by beautiful views.

It was a delightful trip with 3 wineries that are not so commercialised. The wines were great. During the drive, you could see wild kangaroos too. Our guide Daniel was friendly and did his best to make customers happy.
