We got Kadek as our driver from the airport to our hotel but ended up booking him for our entire trip in Bali, he gave us options on things to do and where to go as ideas as it was our first time in Bali and he was okay whether we chose to go through with any activities or not which we are very grateful for as we didn’t feel pressured. He was really trustworthy, kind, patient and exceeded all expectations as our own very personal driver. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal driver in Bali and if we were ever to return I would definitely get in contact with him again, his service was very much appreciated. We had an amazing experience with Kadek from “Patra Bali Tour” during our Bali trips—we’ve enjoyed his service twice now! From airport pickup on day one to the final drop-off, he made everything smooth and stress-free. His car was always neat, clean, and very spacious (perfect 7-seater for families). He was friendly, patient, and got along really well with kids, which made our journey even more comfortable. Kadek is also very knowledgeable and truly knows Bali inside out—especially when it comes to recommending the best vegetarian fine dine restaurants with great ambience. After flight delay (I advised we were going to be 2 hours late twice) we were NOT picked up at the airport in Bali. We had to outlay $35 to get transport to our accommodation. This was totally unacceptable. We were very tired and for this to happen made me so very angry. I would like to be reimbursed our Viator pick up payment and ideally get reimbursed our $35 taxi fare to our accommodation. I had to wait until now to write this review as I was too angry when it happened. Shame on you Viator

Amazing experience with Kadek. He knows so many good spots to discover Bali. We spent full week with him and always he did much more than simply driving us. He became a good friend and we will book him for our next family trip in Bali.
