Comfortable ride and helpful and friendly staff!

Pretty intuitive. Pay for the extra for the specific location drop off. Comfortable and easy even after an overnight flight.
I booked with the operator online at a cost of £32 each from Keflavik to the centre of Reykjavik and £26 return. However, look around as I have since found them a little cheaper on third party sites. From Keflavik, you get on the bus, tell the driver where you are staying and they will give you a coloured ticket. IE we were staying at the Skuggi, near Bus Stop No.9, so you will get a green ticket. On arrival around 50 minutes later at BSI Bus Station, you will get off the coach, walk through the small station and get on a small mini bus to carry on your journey. Look for the 'Green' sign in the window. (There are Brown, Blue, Yellow, etc) These are smaller buses that are allowed into the centre of Reykjavik. On you return to the airport, you can return to the bus stop and catch the free mini shuttle back to the main BSI Bus Station to get the airport bus or you could walk, it's around 15 minutes from the Cathedral. However, work out which bus you need from the Bus Station, allow 50 minutes for the journey (which is comfortable and scenic) and go straight through security and passport control. Security was fine, but UK flights through Gate D for passport control was a 1.5 hour wait and 12 people missed our flight!! The transfers are on time, they put two buses on for our 5.30am transfer as it was busy.

The FlyBus was a great option for traveling between the airport and Reykjavik. The buses were clean and comfortable. We felt safe. Very easy to transfer from the bus terminal and the shuttle. I told my husband yesterday as we went from our shuttle to the airport bus..I feel like I’m in Switzerland, the operation just like clockwork. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

The best way to get from the airport to the hotel. Easy to book, quick, on time, friendly and helpful staff. We had to re book our tickets by email and and it was done smoothly, with quick replies by customer service. Highly recommended.
