Wonderful service and attentions, very professional and detailed driven, nice conversation and tips to help us spend a marvelous time in Panama City.

Our flight was 2 hours late due to bad weather in Canada and not clearing customs till midnight but Mario contacted us and waited. Very nice person and spacious vehicle.

Mario is very professional, helpful and friendly. He took us to the Caribbean coast and back. He also took us on a tour of the older sections of Panama City. Very well done. He was a pleasure to work with and he is very dependable.

I had to write this review! Mario was hands down the best driver and tour guide! Not only was he waiting for me at the airport but was communicative before travel. Mario also made me feel safe and comfortable. This was a solo trip so safety was everything for me. I also used Mario’s services for the Panamá Canal tour and Monkey Island tour. This was a private tour and Mario went above and beyond to make sure we got to the canal on time and made sure we didn’t miss the imax movie! I had such an awesome time during the tours and would highly recommend Mario! He is full of knowledge and even provides great recommendations of where to visit. I promise you won’t be disappointed if booking with Mario! He will be my go to when I travel back to Panamá!! Thank you Mario for making my trip that much more memorable!!

Mario was an amazing addition to our trip to Panamá. We used his services to and from the airport, in addition to an excursion to Monkey Island and the Summit Zoo. His vehicle was very comfortable and accommodating for my family. I asked for his suggestions on kid-friendly places that my son would enjoy and he definitely DELIVERED. Although we got rained on coming from Monkey Island and leaving the zoo, they were both very memorable experiences and I would 100% do them again with him. We learned so much about the history of and everyday life in Panamá from someone that is super knowledgeable and proud of his country. That was a real treat. When I return to Panamá, I will hands down be booking all of my travel and excursions with Mario again. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Mario provides extremely professional service. His vehicle is clean and stays cool and comfortable in the Panamá heat. His tours are guaranteed to give you the experiences that you’re looking for. With Mario you will not be at the Panamá Canal wondering why there are no ships to be seen. You will see that large ship up close and personal as it passes through the locks. You will have that wild monkey take the fruit right out of your hand. You will meet the indigenous people and see their village. If you’re lucky enough to ride up front with Mario you get the history and culture of Panamá at it meets you on the road. He was catering and kind to my family and myself. I recommend you go with the best.

My family and I used Mario for airport transfer and 2 day tour ( monkey island, Embera Indigenous Village, Panama Canal and Caribbean Island Tour) while on vacation in Panama. The airport transfer was like a tour in itself. He is so knowledgeable and was able to tell us so much about the city while we drove to our hotel. Before even leaving NYC he was able to tell us best time a day to travel due to traffic and he knew the airport and airline schedule so well. It was a great experience. I told him the places and things I wanted to do and he made a great itinerary with times to ensure we saw what we wanted. We got to feed the monkeys and my daughter was able to see the right on the boat, we even got to see a crocodile up close…so cool. He translated for us in the village which was a beautiful experience and you got to by one of a kind souvenir hand made by their people. We even got to see boats going through the canal since he knew the times. The Caribbean island tour was the most relaxing day. It was a long drive but again it felt like an additional tour. As we went to Cologne, he was able to tell us so many stories about past present and future Panama again five out of five. He works with great people so they take care of you and make sure the experience is memorable. The last additional surprise was when we were driving to the airport back home after a great trip, and he stopped for me to get my Molas purse. He knew where to get the authentic hand made purse from so I can support the actually women who made them directly. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will always use Mario again in the future . He was a professional. He was knowledgeable and made this trip Amazing. thanks, Mario.

Mario goes above and beyond. Never have experienced service from someone so genuinely kind and caring. His help and suggestions made our trip so much better. I was with a group of girlfriends and he was so attentive in a fatherly way, wanted to make sure we were safe in Panama City and told us if anything happened or if we need help to give him a call. As a 25 year old, female, traveling with other young woman, in a country, we don’t know a lot about- it’s important to make sure the people you work with are trustworthy. From the second, we landed in Panama, Mario was extremely attentive, and made us feel very safe. During our time with him, he let us know what to look out for in Panama, gave us some history lessons of the area, told us about the good places to go in the places to avoid and everything in between. It felt like one of my dad’s friends picked me up from the airport and was just as concerned about the safety of our group as my dad would’ve been. Mario is a father of daughters, so it makes sense he gives off this energy. Obviously has service was outstanding, but him, as a human was even more impressive! If you’re a solo, female traveler, Mario’s definitely the person to call. He even told us one of the nights that we went out partying that he would turn off do not disturb in case anything happened. Couldn’t recommend Mario enough thank you so much
