Everything was great! David was great! We haven’t realised we needed bathing suits so the agency was very kind to reschedule for the next morning. Really appreciate it! Perfect view from the lake!
We had a great time kayaking around Lake Arenal and seeing many different birds surrounding the Lake and on the drive there. Fabian was very knowledgeable about the birds and it was amazing how he could spot them everywhere and we could see them with his scope! The little coves we kayaked around were magical with the Birds and the breeze! Beautiful views of the tropical foliage. Unfortunately it was a, foggy day with some rain so the volcano was not visible but still had a, great tour with Fabian! Since it wasn't sunny and my son is older we didn't choose to jump from the platform in the cove but it would be fun as well. Waves came up along with the rain at the end of our tour and filled our kayak, which overturned. The water felt great and Fabian and his crew helped us in like pros!
Very relaxing tour. Beautiful views and saw lots of wildlife. Guide was terrific pointing out birds, animals and was very knowledgeable about history of lake.
Great views! Very peaceful. Recommend wearing just a swimsuit because you will get wet and have drive clothes for ride home!
This was the best experience during out trip to La Fortuna. We got lucky with an amazing day of weather but even luckier with our tour guide David who helped us spot birds and animals and even pulled over while dropping us off at the hostel to see a sloth since we hadn't yet on the trip! He was amazing and any tour with him would be fantastic.
Wonderful experience- the lake was serene and beautiful views of the volcano. We saw many birds which the guide pointed out! A brilliant experience
The guide is funny, experienced, and friendly. It was so lucky that we saw some pigs on our trip too. I would recommend this for any family!
The lake is beautiful, so peaceful with incredible scenery and Alberto was a fabulous guide. Very knowledgeable and fun. Thank you!
So fun! Our guide Saul, was great and so sweet and knowledgeable. Kayaking across the lake was a little difficult due to the current and wind, but so much fun regardless! We were able to stop and swim for a little bit at a little island. The volcano was covered by clouds but we were able to see the sun peek out a little while we were on the lake. Would highly recommend!
Had so much fun kayaking on the lake with Eddy! The views of the mountains and small islands are incredible! Able to see so many birds and other wildlife. Definitely a workout though, and winds can be pretty tough. Totally worth it for the experience, and Eddy made sure everyone had a good time and learned about the area. Very personable and fun! Would 100% recommend for a visit in La Fortuna
