By far the best food we have had in Bologna was in Paola's Kitchen. She taught us to make the most delicious pasta dishes and desert.

You NEED to book this!!! You won’t be disappointed!! From the welcome at the front door, to the hugs good bye.. we felt like family! LOTS of laughs, great information, she got my “watcher” hubby making pasta and she even taught our experienced pasta maker something! We had a BLAST!!! This was exactly what we were hoping for and MORE! The pasta was so filling and delicious!! And I was hoping for tiramisu and we made that as well!! She also provided several appetizers & wine. Very easy to find Paola’s house — She is so wonderful! We made tortelloni, tagliatelle, tiramisu and she served us local wine and her homemade focaccia. Love this experience, would highly recommend!

A truly special afternoon. Paola opened the doors of her beautiful home to us, we cooked together, rolled the dough, prepared the filling and finally learned how to make spectacular tortellini. All delicious accompanied by excellent wine. Gray Paola we'll see each other again. Highly recommended ❤️
