Excellent driver and guide made for on informative trip Highly recommend
A wonderful day made even more so by our guide and driver. Szczepan was knowledgeable with a lot of humour and stories thrown into the mix. The wooden village and vodka and cheese tasting was nice to break up the journey to zakopane. Once there, it is a lovely town and the mountains are beautiful. Cable car ride is fun and the views are amazing. Thermal baths are lovely and clean. A very relaxing end to a good day. Highly recommend the trip.
Brilliant trip filled with insider knowledge, recommendations, and a range of experiences! Really enjoyed the mix of activities, they were well timed throughout the space of the day. Host Kaja was brilliant for keeping everyone entertained and advising for an optimal experience!
Today, Simon and Sebastian took us on the Krakow: Zakopane Tour with Thermal Pools, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — especially as a way to celebrate our dad’s birthday! From the moment we booked, the company were incredibly pleasant, helpful and informative. They kept in touch to finalise all the details, answered all of our questions beforehand, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Our initial contact was Roman before our host, Simon. The tour itself was fantastic and packed with experiences. We visited Chochołów, where we saw the beautiful traditional church and houses, as well as enjoying vodka and smoked cheese tasting. We then headed into the Tatra Mountains, where we took the cable car up to enjoy breathtaking mountain views. We had some food and drinks overlooking the scenery, with plenty of time to explore and do some shopping before heading to our final stop — the thermal baths. Don't worry if you forget to pack swimming essentials, you can buy it all there for an appropriate, relatively cheap cost. Sebastian was a fantastic driver, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the day, while Simon was the perfect host. He was friendly, fun and incredibly attentive, always making sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. He was also really knowledgeable about the history and culture of each place we visited, and his jokes along the way definitely added to the fun! The whole day was so well organised, relaxed and enjoyable. There was a perfect balance of sightseeing, experiences, food, shopping and time to simply take in the incredible surroundings. Even after the trip, they have shared information with us for places to see and eat to make sure you can get the most out of your trip. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better way to celebrate our dad’s 70th birthday. The tour was incredible value for money and honestly worth so much more than we paid. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Krakow — and if you get Simon and Sebastian as your guides, you’re in for a fantastic day! Thank you both for making our day so memorable! ❤️

Best for the hot pools. Haroune (our tour guide) was great. Started with a good overview of the day’s proceedings and gave us just the right information at just the right time. Crowd size was good. A larger coach would have distracted from the personal touch that Haroune gave to the tour. Tour was exactly what we had booked. The bonus was stopping off to see the wooden houses. The thing to do at Zakopane is going up the mountain and doing the luge. One thing to note at the pool is that all signage is in Polish. If possible, plan your visit to the pools by seeing if you can get an English map. We probably missed half the things you could do there.
Haroune was our host. He was friendly, funny, personable and on time. He gave clear instructions and was very informative. We did a couple of stops before Zakopane which were lovely. It was good to see how the polish lived in the 18th century. The cheese and vodka tasting was great. You don’t have to have it if you don’t want to but there is no alternative options. We then went to Zakopone it was beautiful. You use the funicular to get to the top of the mountain and the views are stunning. There is food, places to drink and toilets up there. We chose to go on the Luge which is an extra cost but so worth it. We can back down to eat in the town which was also lovely. We had about 2.5 hours to do our own thing. We then moved onto the thermal baths. Be ready as there are a lot of them. They are beautiful, somehow we managed to find the pool with the bar in it. The prices weren’t too crazy and we had a good time. The only thing was the map and explanation for each pool was in polish and we couldn’t work out which pool was which. We had a bit of traffic back to our hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Great full day trip. Would do it again. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves. We wouldn’t change a thing.
Myself and my daughter had a fantastic time on this tour, definitely recommend to all! Loved everything about this tour, from the vodka and cheese tasting to start the day; to Zakopane of course a breathtakingly beautiful, must see; and finishing our day in the thermal baths was the perfect end. Kamil was our guide, who made every part of the day enjoyable with on point storytelling and jokes and made sure we were kept 100% informed, updated and on track throughout the multiple stops.
Had a lovely day overall! The guide and driver were both really friendly and made the experience enjoyable. It’s definitely a long day, but it’s worth it as you get to see and experience a lot. The views are amazing and you can experience a local atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to allow more time in Zakopane. We had around 2.5 hours, which didn’t feel like enough time to properly explore, have lunch, and see everything we wanted to. Personally, I would have preferred a longer stop in Zakopane, even if it meant spending less time at the thermal baths or skipping the first stop in Chochołów. Overall though, a great day and a lovely experience!
