Some days the water is crystal clear, while on others it can be a bit murkier or choppier, even under sunny skies. The safety and enjoyment of our guests are always our top priorities. Weather and ocean conditions can sometimes make it unsafe or unsuitable to visit the originally planned reef. When that happens, our captains use their experience to select the best available snorkeling location based on the conditions that day, with the goal of providing the best experience possible while keeping everyone safe. We understand your frustration regarding the change in destination and appreciate your comments about the communication onboard. We will share your feedback with our team, as we agree that keeping guests informed of any itinerary changes is important. While the conditions prevented a visit to the planned reef, our captain did their best to take the group to an alternative reef area where guests could still snorkel and enjoy the marine life, and we were pleased that you were also able to see dolphins during the trip.
