The catamaran was exactly as pictured — spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. The captain and crew were fun, friendly, and professional, and they truly made the excursion an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The only drawback was the coral reef itself, which wasn’t very impressive and didn’t offer much to see. If your main goal is vibrant snorkeling, you may want to explore other options. But if you’re looking for a great group outing or a fun, laid‑back booze‑cruise style trip, this is an excellent choice.

This was an enjoyable excursion until my teenage daughter saw a shark underwater. She and her friend got out of the water and told the guides. They seemed less than interested. Maybe this is common, and this type of shark may be harmless, but a little education and/or reassurance would have been nice.
Thank you for your review! Seeing a shark on the reef is actually pretty cool and definitely a Key West story worth taking home! Believe it or not, the Atlantic reef is home to all kinds of marine life, including several species of sharks. We’re sorry it made your daughter uneasy, but these guys are the local residents—we’re the ones visiting their home each day! Our crew is very familiar with the marine life in the area and would never knowingly put guests in an unsafe situation. Hopefully next time it’ll feel a little more “wow, we saw a shark!” We hope to see you again next time you are in Key West.

Key West Afternoon Snorkel Sail with Unlimited Cocktails was very enjoyable, beautiful scenery, very generous with drinks. Timing and price were perfect. My only complaint were the guides. Two of the four were very hateful, even the lady at check in wasn't friendly. I actually felt they didn't enjoy their job. They pushed and asked for tips..."at least 20%"! They would yell at the people on the boat for "not listening", but it was also hard to hear. A microphone would be helpful and maybe prevent yelling at guests.

Had the large mixed steamed and roasted chicken plate on a visit when I was particularly hungry. Large is a genuinely large portion. Both chicken styles were well-made and the ginger rice underneath was fragrant. The soup on the side was clean and light.
