After Delta Airlines cancelled our flights twice we finally made it to Iceland. I was in contact several times via email with the company and they were wonderful. Even though the night they were in contact. The cruise ship had already left port. This service drove us over seven hours to the next port and we were able to get on the ship. Martin was our driver and he was the nicest, kindest and professional driver we could have wished for.
The private transfer service was great. Our driver showed up at the airport almost 30 minutes early and since it were much quicker through customs than we planned we did not need to wait long before we were on the road. Private car was clean and we felt safe.

Once booked communication with the taxi company was very good, but they didn’t show up at the prearranged time. I called and they kept telling me the driver was close, but in reality they were just stringing me along. I’m leaving a 1 star review mainly because it’s completely unnecessary to prearrange a ride to anywhere from the cruise port. There is a taxi stand with seemingly unlimited drivers just waiting to take you where you want to go, just do that. Our driver was a little more than 30 minutes late and it was difficult just looking at all those taxis I could’ve just walked up to.

Our intention was never to inconvenience you or keep you waiting unnecessarily, but to ensure you had accurate information so you could make the best decision for your travel plans. During our communication, we explained the situation and you agreed to wait for the driver. Ali was a wonderful driver. He provided us with an overview of Iceland and provided dining suggestions. In addition, he phoned as we were walking to the baggage claim area to inform us he was in the waiting area. Would highly suggest using this service!
