It was not a van, like advertised. A personal car, hardly room for luggage, cracked windshield. Very tight squeeze for 4 adults. Service was on time.

The driver was punctual and contacted me a few times to make sure of our meet-up. The issue was the vehicle itself was a mess. Old, dirty, cracked windshield and seats. Not a good experience.

The driver was fine. He got us to our destination with no issues. I do not like scents in the car and, unfortunately, there was some kind of air freshener.

The overall experience was awesome. I did a lot of research and picked this company because of all the great reviews. I’m so glad I did. They are the best. A few days before our reservation, the company reached out to confirm our pickup details. They were responsive, friendly and so helpful answering my questions. As soon as we landed, our driver texted to let us know they arrived and were waiting for us. Our driver, Sam, was fantastic. Thank you again!

DO NOT BOOK. Our flight came in late and customs took over an hour to get through. I booked for 7:45 for the driver to pick us up. We read that there was an hour grace period. We were ready for pick up at 8:10. In the time between when we landed and going through customs the driver called and said he was leaving because of the time our flight came in our timer started at 6:45. So make sure not to book for when you want to be picked up they won’t listen they won’t pick you up and they won’t give you a refund. Horrible customer service. And the driver was disgusting with his text and calls.

We track all incoming flights, and according to Viator’s policy, the complimentary waiting time begins from the moment the flight lands. Your flight landed at 5:55 PM, and our driver remained at the airport waiting for you until 7:30 PM, which means he waited approximately one hour and thirty minutes, well beyond the complimentary waiting time. When the driver informed you that he would soon need to leave, he also asked how much longer you expected to need. At that point, you informed him that you had booked another ride. As a vehicle and driver were specifically assigned for your reservation and the driver waited significantly longer than the included waiting time, we are unfortunately unable to approve a refund. Even though our flight arrived early, our driver was already there waiting for us. Great communication throughout and efficient ride to our hotel. Would recommend.

The company was accommodating with trip disruptions, but charged us another $100. Our pickup was late and missed turns to our destination. We recommend using another service, like Flybus.

We would like to clarify that you contacted us only a few hours before your flight’s arrival time to inform us about the booking change due to missing your flight. According to our booking policy, free cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time; therefore, the cancellation request did not fall within the eligible timeframe. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill and to support your situation, we rearranged your transfer for the following day and charged only 50% of the booking amount, despite having already allocated a vehicle and driver for your original reservation and managing other scheduled bookings. Driver informed last minute when he was going to be late to arrive but especially for transfers to airport, it is critical not to be late. Good service in helping with the luggage and friendliness. Reached in less than 45 mins.
