Perfect transfer, Arkadius had sent a video that I followed and couldn’t have made it easier. It took an hour and a half to go through immigration and he was patiently enquiring via WhatsApp. Overall very satisfied with him.
We used Aurora Global for our private transfers to and from the airport during our recent stay in Iceland. Both drivers- Arkadius and OA- were excellent drivers with good tips and chat but equally happy for us to travel in silence. The pick up was excellent and patient given the delays in getting through passport control. Similarly our pick up from the hotel was on time and seamless. It’s obviously more expensive than a coach but totally worth it for reliable and flexible pick up times especially when you arrive and want to get to start your experience in Reykjavik immediately (we were at a bar and had our first beer less than 2hrs from landing). We booked through GetYourGuide which seemed to be cheaper than booking directly costing £76 from the airport and £108 return.

Absolutely the best service from the company and Nasir, our chauffeur who waited patiently. They communicate clearly and in advance so it’s like your private car with zero hassles. If you’re travelling from the US and might have unpredictable immigration timeline then definitely book them. Clean spacious cars, chauffeurs can communicate well in English Spanish etc.
Arkadius was awesome!! He let us know just where to meet and was there to greet us. The transport in to Reykjavik was flawless - i would highly recommend this door to door service if you aren't crazy about the bus....
