Every guest is completely free to skip the stop or simply browse the shop, discover the products, speak with local artisans or vendors, and enjoy an authentic experience without any obligation to buy. During your tour, you also visited other authentic local shops where you chose not to purchase anything, and at no point did our team place any pressure on you. The shops we recommend are carefully selected and monitored in accordance with local regulations to ensure high-quality products and fair prices, which you also noticed and mentioned in your review. Of course, prices vary depending on individual preferences and budgets. If a product does not meet your expectations, guests are always welcome to thank the seller and simply choose not to make a purchase. We would also like to point out that these shops issue official receipts, and we provide after-sales support in accordance with Egyptian regulations. If there had been any issue with a purchased item, we would have been more than happy to assist you with the return process, as products can be returned within the permitted period. However, we were not contacted about any concerns after your tour, despite our follow-up WhatsApp message to make sure everything had gone well and to assist you with arranging your transfer. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and respect your experience. However, we believe that some of the options available to our guests may not have been fully clear at the time. Concernant votre remarque au sujet du chauffeur, comme vous l'avez mentionné, il s'agissait du même chauffeur qui vous a accompagnés lors de vos visites à Louxor. Vous aviez tellement apprécié son service que vous avez spécialement demandé qu'il soit également votre chauffeur pour votre transfert vers Marsa Alam, ce que nous avons été ravis d'organiser. Le jour de votre transfert de Louxor à Marsa Alam, vous avez indiqué qu'il semblait fatigué après ce trajet de six heures. Comme il ne parle pas français et qu'il s'agissait simplement d'un transfert, sans guide accompagnateur, il est possible que la barrière de la langue ait entraîné un malentendu. Il est également possible que son attitude ait été interprétée différemment de ce qu'il avait réellement l'intention d'exprimer. Nos chauffeurs ne sont jamais autorisés à discuter des pourboires ni à avoir ce type de conversation avec nos clients. Nous appliquons une politique très stricte à ce sujet. S'ils rencontrent le moindre problème, ils doivent nous contacter directement plutôt que d'en parler avec nos clients. Cela étant dit, nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux et allons examiner la situation afin de mieux comprendre ce qui a pu se passer.
