The route is very bad, it feels like a place to go around in circles, not through the scenic valley. Secondly, the boss does not deal with the employee relations and feels that they are undercutting their benefits.
The tour was on the designated itineraries and you were very satisfied with the tour and we were really surprised by your comment here.
The view in this area was great and the camel guide did a great job leading the camels as well as taking our pictures and videos. Definitely recommend

Despite me getting the hotel name right when booking, we were picked from our hotel without any fuss. Communication was great from start to finish. Our camel tour guide Irfan was just amazing. My son was scared so he made sure he was safe. He took plenty of photos for us, just a great young man. 10 on 10 overall 😊

Amazing! We had the best time! Our guides took a ton of pics of us with the balloons in the background! It was such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent service, from our ride from hotel to the tour spot. The scenery was amazing. We couldn’t do the tour the day we booked it for and they were very accommodating changing the date for us. I would definitely use them again.

My family and I went on a camel safari and had a great time. Their service was very good and on time. In addition to the professional photos they took for us, they also helped us take short videos along the way, leaving us with wonderful memories👍🏻

Recommended the camel tour with highline travel agency. The owner of the agency is an excellent person, very honest and kind. The tour is fantastic, very pleasant.

It was great fun and Mehmet Bey (our travel agent) was very helpful. We got picked up from our hotel and brought back. The service was great.

The Camels go slow and that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Rose Valley, also, the guides walk alongside the camels to ensure that you are safe during the tour and take pictures to make sure that you remember the experience!

My previous review was removed. But be honest trip adviser. As per their offer, the time was from 5 pm. But after booking they told it was wrong information provided by trip adviser. Actual time is from 3:30. But at that time I had other commitment. They were supposed to pick me up from my hotel. My hotel was in their list of pick up. But they called me and informed its the mistake of trip adviser. They told me to cancel the trip which I have already paid. So I refused, and rather told them to cancel it and refund my money. They cancelled but my 90 USD was not refunded. I hope trip adviser will take appropriate actions. Not just removing review without any solution.
Hello sir first of all your money is secured by viator until you complete your experince so we never got your money viator will refund you in legal peroid.
