We all know the tragic story of Romeo and Juliet, and going to the wonderful city of Verona, the house of Juliet we should visit. By downloading an app, we can hear at every point the parts of the story of the house that inspired Shakespeare to write his work. There is also an interesting mural where there are posters of all the film adaptations. To finish the famous balcony where it is almost mandatory to take a selfie
Impressive house, balcony, and Juliet statue just like in the pictures. Unfortunately, it is very touristy; even to enter the courtyard to the balcony, an admission fee must be paid...

Try and avoid times when guided tours are present. It gets very busy. Straight in with no queuing and the reception staff very accommodating. Overall a really good experience whilst in Verona.
I had already purchased my tickets online, but I had to pick them up in paper form a street away from Julia's Museum. There, the audio guide was explained to me (even if one does not speak Italian or only speaks a little English). The guide worked great.

I would classify it as a deception or a tourist trap. You must buy the ticket online, which means that in addition to the €15 for the ticket, they charge you processing fees. Upon arrival, even though you have reserved for a specific time, you have to wait because there are several lines, with no organization whatsoever, and two signs that are confusing. The visit consists of taking a glance at the theater (of no interest), taking a photo with a statue, and viewing the supposed balcony of Juliet from below, for which you have to pay an extra fee. My advice is to better avoid this visit and go see the cathedral, which for much less money, is infinitely better.
Tickets through Viator were a different time than they had at redemption site. By 4 hours!!! It said audio guide in Viator tour description. Nope! You basically walk through the house and garden area! Not worth it! I would like compensation but Viator doesn’t respond!!!!
We had trouble downloading the app for the audio but wouldn’t have been able to listen without headphones so decided to go without it but there isn’t a lot of information available inside the house so assume everything is on the audio guide

I know there's a lot of hype around Juliet's house and some people say it's not worth it... I, for one, really enjoyed it... Remember to bring pen and paper if you want to write a letter to Juliet!

Finding the location for the tour start after turning in voucher was a little difficult. And the audio content wasn’t available until you turned in the voucher. My content never downloaded. I attempted for an hour then my time slot on the tour started and I had to join the queue. I had no tour content. Just walk through the castle. Which was nice. But not informational. I think a discount is in order. I wouldn’t recommend.
