Although the weather was hot, our guide took things slowly and carefully. We had a family with a stroller and they navigated the stairs. The palace was impressive. The cathedral was beautiful.
Fantastic tour to visit the most famous attractions of Venice. In my opinion, this is the best way to get to those two places. Our guide, Monika, was amazing, so passionate about her city. This tour gives you a shortcut to the attractions, so you don't have to stay in enormous queues in the hot sun. I would also recommend selecting the balcony visit, the panoramic view worse very penny spent. Highly recommend.

We lost the guide in the jail. I attempted to reconnect via WhatsApp phone call but no connection made. My wife and I went into St Marks ourselves. The guide when had him in the Doggs Palace was difficult to understand.

This is the third time I’ve visited. This tour was not the best. We missed many of the key areas including the upstairs balcony of the Basilica. The best thing I can say is we skipped lines, got bell tower tour, and we were able to get in? But I feel like we could’ve enjoyed the tour just as much alone.

Easy to locate in St Marks, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Guide was great, right amount of history with humour, kept it interesting, timed about right would recommend.

I had a hard time with the 4 flights of stairs in Doge's Palace. We didn't continue with the Bacilica for fear of more stairs. The tour guide was very very good and knowledgeable of the history.

Very much enjoyed the guide, she was funny and knowledgeable. I don't know why they sent me somewhere I couldnt find to get my tickets. When i found the guide in the square, they already had my tickets. Unsure why it's set up this way.
