Inside Notre-Dame Tour med en licenseret guide

We made a booking for Notre Dame for Wednesday 9th September which was cancelled by you an hour and a half before the starting time. No warning, no reason and disruptive beyond belief. Service from this operator gets a zero rating from us. Bitterly disappointed. Would not recommend Tripadvidsor to anyone.

After waiting for 30 minutes , asking other guides for help and leaving messages in English and French we realized the guide was not coming. They made no attempt to contact us . With the help of Tripadvisor, Elysiago at least had the decency to refund our money. Unprofessional. If you want a small group tour of Notre Dame, perhaps try another tour operator

Great opportunity to skip the line and be treated to an informative outside and inside look at the restored Cathedral. Kemat was very informative and gave us insights we would not have gotten on our own. You will enjoy this tour.

It was canceled by the tour company 19 hours before tour. Wasn’t able to get another tour at such a late date. Leaving town the next day so we weren’t able to do this. I’d book with another company.

We booked our Inside Notre Dame tour months before the actual date only to have it cancelled the evening before the tour. We stayed in Paris an extra 2 days before heading to Bordeaux just to take this tour. Very disappointing.

The small group guided tour of Notre Dame was well worth it. We skipped the long lines and went straight into the Cathedral. Feta, our Guide, was a star! He shared detailed information about Notre Dame including its ancient and modern history. He was very up to date on the restoration work that's still in progress. Feta answered all questions with authority and a sense of humor. He was on time and got our headphones working quickly. I highly recommend a small group tour - we appreciated the personal attention- even though the Cathedral was busy we didn't feel rushed or lost in the crowd. Highly recommended.

It was cancelled but we were there before there was a line. Got right in! Toured the cathedral on our own with the app. Worked out fine.

I did a lot of online research choosing a tour for Notre Dame. I read many reviews and finally decided on Elysiago. We arrived in Paris, and this was to be our first tour the following morning. Our tour was canceled that night at 9:50 by email. If I had not seen the email, we would have walked downstairs the following morning at 8 am to meet the taxi we had reserved for a tour that was not happening. The link for more information provided in the email did not work, so there was nothing I could do. I was completely disgusted! After I read the email, I immediately went to the lobby and spoke with a hotel staff member to cancel the taxi, but he convinced me to go ahead anyway. He said it was FREE to go into Notre Dame, reservations are not required, the guides cannot speak inside (silence), and we should get inside quickly at that time of day. He was absolutely correct! We walked straight into Notre Dame at 8:15 and walked around on our own without direction. I am certain we missed some things, but we bought a small guidebook at the desk inside Notre Dame to explain some of it. I am thankful we did not cancel our plans since this was our first full day in Paris and Notre Dame was high on our priority list of places to visit. Even though we were to receive a refund, I would be reluctant to sign up with this tour guide again.
