Such an impressive renovation. A totally beautiful place. Learned a lot from our guide. Line moved quickly.

Our guide Claudia showed up very late. We were not notified nor did we have a way to get in touch with anyone to find out what was happening. She apologized and we started the tour. She told us that guides are not allowed to talk inside Notre Dame-silence/quiet is enforced inside the church. Prior to going in, she explained the history of the exterior of ND. Showed pictures of the interior and explained them. The church is very crowded. Upon exiting, she then proceeded to explain more things that we saw. We lost 1/3 of the group because they got separated from the group. Because guides are not allowed to explain things, it is really all about walking thru ND. The tour would be much better suited to wearing headphones that explain what you’re seeing. Using a guide for the interior is pointless

The meeting point was a little away from the cathedral which was advantageous because 1. It was easy to find the group, and 2. We got a beautiful photo opportunity before getting to the cathedral itself. We had been to the cathedral unguided a few days before, but being with a guide made the tour much more interesting. I can’t say enough about our guide, Julie. She was kind, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. She augmented the experience with photographs which helped give more details.

Tour guide did not show up at the designated time. We waited with people for the next time slot as well and also didn’t show. I emailed VIATOR and have not heard back. No apology, explanation or refund.

Fantastic tour! Really informative, interesting, and one of the highlights of our time in Paris. About half of our group didn’t arrive on time, so we actually ended up with an even smaller, more intimate tour, which was a nice bonus. I saw a few previous reviews complaining that they missed the tour because they were late. Well… yeah. If you’re late, you’ve missed it. That’s generally how tours work! 😂 Our guide was there, started on time, and gave us a great experience , I would have been irritated if we waited for late people as my family was 10 minutes early !!!!

Our tour guide Barbara was amazing. We did several tours to date and she was by far the best. There was 7 of us in our tour which was the perfect size

Disaster…. Our guide never arrived and said he had and contacted me but this never happened. Luckily another guide let us go along w their group. But we were not able to see the church because this all ran so late missing our initial appointment.

It was a great experience. Barbara was very informative about the fire and history of Notre Dame and the area.

Tour company lie to us. Supposed to be an inside and outside tour. The tour guide didn't come with us insidevthe Church. It was supposed to be small group and it wasn't.

Our guide did not show for our tour. Apparently he/she said no one was at the meeting point which was not true. We were there at 9:15 for our 9:30 tour and waited til 10:00. Don’t pay for a tour when you can for free and download an app.
