Humantay Lagoon er en af de mest besøgte turistattraktioner i Peru. Det er et af de smukkeste naturlandskaber i Cusco. Dens turkise og krystalklare vand prydet af den sneklædte Salkantays hvide sne giver den en unik skønhed. Siden inkatiden har denne lagune været tilbedt af sin civilisation, og i dag er den stadig tilbedt og respekteret af de lokale andinske indbyggere i dette område.

Vi henter dig i vores private transport fra dit hotel i Cusco kl. 4:30. Så tager vi dig gennem Inkaernes Hellige Dal til Mollepata. Turen tager omkring fire timer.
I Limatambo kan du nyde en lækker morgenmad fra området. Bagefter fortsætter vi turen i vores private transport indtil starten af turen, Soraypampa.
Soraypampa er udgangspunktet for gåturen til Humantay-lagunen. Gåturen fra Soraypampa til lagunen tager cirka halvanden time. Under gåturen vil du kunne observere den smukke natur, der omgiver disse bjerge.
Når du når lagunen, vil du blive blændet af dets krystalklare og naturlige vand, der stiger ned fra de snedækkede tinder på Humantay-bjerget. Efter den information, som vores akkrediterede guide vil give dig og turen. Du kan tage 15 minutters gang til udsigtspunktet. Her kan du få en spektakulær udsigt over søen og de imponerende bjerge, der omgiver den.
Efter at have besøgt denne smukke lagune vender vi tilbage til udgangspunktet for turen, hvor vores private køretøj venter på dig. Gåturen tager cirka halvanden time.
I vores turisttransport tager vi dig tilbage til byen Cusco, på vejen stopper vi ved en lokal restaurant for at nyde en lækker frokost. går derefter tilbage til Cusco. Du ankommer omkring kl. 17.30.

Everything was perfectly organized. The driver was really good at navigating the narrow roads, going at just the right speed so that no one in the group suffered from motion sickness. Elisban, our guide, was attentive and helpful, providing us with interesting information and the right support for this wonderful excursion!
It was amazing, my guide was always very attentive to me and stayed until we managed to get there.
I think Rainbow Mountain’s hike is more interesting but Humantay Lake at the end wins by a large margin. Horses are available to rent if needed when going up (about 80 S), and definitely bring water and a few snacks for the climb and/or drive after. Long day with pick up at 4a in Cusco and return around 530p, but would recommend if there’s time.

Amazing tour, it was my favorite in Peru, that lagoon is impressive, it is definitely tired but totally worth it.

Lake Humantay was very picturesque with stunning scenery. Challenging climb if you don’t acclimatize yourself beforehand, but worth every step.

Excellent option to go see the lagoon. The food and breakfast was excellent. Random and Oscar were the best to make the tour go excellent.
