They were there right on time when we walked out that was exceptional! ODane was amazing and very kind ! He deserves a raise for his above and beyond approach
The experience was good and Fitzroy was excellent with different stories and history of Jamaica on the trip down. However our arrival was a bit confused. Messaged as soon as the plane landed and went to collumn E as directed, and there was no one there with a sign with my name on it.

The company stayed in touch with us, directed us where to go to meet our driver, for our private transport to Princess Grand, we waited a few minutes and was transported to Princess Grand the driver was very pleasant, clean vehicle.

I had a great experience with this airport transfer! The car was big, clean, and spacious, with very good air conditioning — which made the ride super comfortable. Our driver was kind and professional, and he even introduced us to some of the local fruits, which was a nice touch. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this service!

We were met at our scheduled pickup time. Our driver was very friendly and personable. He stopped to allow us to grab some food on the way. We had a round trip service scheduled. Everything was outstanding. I would definitely recommend
