An experience to forget. Totally disorganized. We waited 45 minutes, while other people were allowed to go ahead of us. Do yourself a favor and book with another agency.
Great ride through nyc. Had fun with the family
s/o AB, José and the guy with long dreads that said i looked nice i didn’t get his name but they handled everything well for us, they were super informative and kind. sorry for the hassle u went through again, please recognise these 3 they have helped us so much - God bless you all x
Great. Hit all the highlights with no problems.
This was a gr8 way of finding your bearings when you 1st go into a big city like new york but they are terriickly over priced for what they are we were stuck on 1 in a very hot day on 5th Aug for 2 hours what is usually an hour trip around the city my advice would be to not waste your money on these things and have in mind where you want to be and what to see and go on the underground its much much cheaper ,very well air conditioned and quite spacious always a seat to sit on and above all very very safe we didn't feel threatened or intimidated once the people are so friendly they tell you what stops to get off unlike the busses so we missed the world trade centre ( a deffo must see ) x
First 30 minutes were great last 60 slow and boring
Was too pricey when you book through Viator. We paid 150 CAD for 2 tickets. You can get this at 30 USD (42 CAD/ ticket) at the tour pick up location.
Shout Ab and Isaiah tour was great
This was such a fun thing to do on our first night in NYC, although they tried to sell me a multi day ticket and I declined, I wish I would have got it, it was not that much more expensive and I would have loved to have done it again!
The tickets we purchased were for a tour with a live guide. We were directed to get on the bus I asked and was told there was a live guide, and there was not, only a canned recording that was off timing with what we were seeing. The view was lovely and we enjoyed the ride but we paid more for the live guide and it did not exist. That was very disappointing
