I had wanted to go hot air ballooning for decades and finally managed today. Lovely experience but it's the terrain around Goreme that really made it.

My registration was confirmed on the app and via email but then I got a text message that my registration was canceled so we missed our ballooning opportunity.
Hello, we informed you about this issue. It is not nice to make misleading comments. In adverse conditions, balloon flights are canceled and no company can fly. The balloon flight was canceled due to heavy wind on the day of your reservation. There is nothing we can do. And your money got a full refund. Why are you commenting like this?
It is a beautiful experience. Beautiful landscapes. Super nice guides. They picked us up from the hotel and leave us back when was done. The place of the flight it is super nice but it is not the typical with all the balloons around. Just as extra information, you have to be super early up, the fly site it is almost empty of other air ballons, they charge extra for the pics, and fly with other 14 people so it is kind of tight. All the rest, was great! Thank you

We booked the ticket ten days in advance and were very excited to come to Cappadocia. We were lucky to have good weather (the first two days were cancelled due to rain). However, the afternoon before take-off, we were told that the flight would not be possible due to weather reasons. Later, when we consulted other companies flying to Cappadocia, they said they could fly again. I was really speechless and felt badly ripped off.

Disappointed. Driver showed up about an hour late. The balloon started flight after sunrise. Too expensive for the amount charged. Would not recommend anyone. Cat valley is nothing but plain field of grapes. Overall not what I expected more then this. Do not waste your money on this. There was nothing to see, they drive you an hour away from where the actual sight seeing is.
Dear guest, our driver arrived at your hotel only 15 minutes late. You purchase by seeing in the product details that our tour is held in the Çat Valley region. Asking for a refund after joining the balloon flight is complete nonsense. Please, instead of making malicious comments, we recommend that you write an accurate evaluation.
