Inexpensive and fun way to get one's bearings in a foreign city. Language audio perfect. Trip good length especially considering the low price. Staff helpful for finding which is the right bus. And sitting on top with the wind blowing is the BEST.
The evening City tour was an excellent opportunity to see as many as possible nice spots of Vienna. We really loved it.

We did both bus routes. The first route (red route covering the main sights) was amazing and excellent value for money. The se ons route (blue route) was not as good. It would be good if you were using the bus for transportation only, but we were limited by time so just sat on the bus for the whole route. Take a hat because it gets quite hot on the top deck.

They don't come one time. I was waiting for the bus for one hour with other people at ther stop of the Beldevere palace and the bus didn't come. We had to pay a taxi to go back, so paying for Big Bus is not worth It.

The audio guide was okay, but there is lots of room for improvement. I felt like we really just used the bus as our transportation from one stop to another. If you want a true tour guide, the Big Bus is not for you. There isn’t a lot of information given here. We did enjoy taking the red bus route loop for a nice overview of the central part of the city.

We enjoyed our tour of Vienna on the a big bus. The audio narration was good. Could have been a bit more explicit as we neared places of interest. Loved the music on the audio as well.

Worked well in general. Would love to have more time. We spent a little too much time in some places so we unfortunately only went 20% of the trip. Poor planning by us, but why do you stop driving so early?

To answer your question regarding our operating hours: our buses run on a fixed daytime schedule to align with the peak opening hours of major attractions and landmarks along the route. Additionally, local traffic regulations and driving hour restrictions for our drivers play a big role in why the service wraps up in the late afternoon or early evening.
