My encounter with Ferguson's Tours & Excursions in Jamaica was fantastic! Fergie made everything easy and stress-free right from the start. He set the tone for the entire trip by giving me a warm welcome at the airport. Fergie was very educated, kind, and professional during my visit. Every outing was exciting, well-planned, and customized to give me the most experience possible. His constancy was what truly stood out; the service was excellent from airport pick-up to drop-off. Our trip with Fergie Tours was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Fergie went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the best of Jamaica, and he did it all with genuine hospitality, humor, and heart. We found Fergie on instagram before a planned destination wedding to Montego Bay for a family member. Fergie helped us put together a perfect itinerary for various activities and got us the best deals. We started off with an ATV adventure, and it was incredible! The trails were thrilling, scenic, and perfectly balanced for both fun and safety. Fergie made sure everyone was comfortable and confident before we set off, and he kept the vibes high the entire time.Next, we visited a local weed farm, which turned out to be one of the most interesting and authentic cultural experiences we’ve ever had. It wasn’t just about seeing plants, it was about learning the history, culture, and lifestyle behind it. Fergie’s local connections made it feel exclusive and educational, not just a tourist stop. Fergie even took our to a local spot that he hangs out where we we able to hang with locals for the vibes and even play dominoes with them for a few hours. Then, in true Jamaican hospitality, he took the time to help us with grocery shopping for hurricane essentials because we ended up getting weather for a few extra days due to Hurricane Melissa. That kind of personal care is rare. He didn’t just drop us off; he stayed to help us get everything we needed and made sure we were fully prepared. It really showed how much he genuinely cares about his guests beyond the tours. To top it all off, we ended the trip with the iconic Dunn’s River Falls. Fergie handled everything seamlessly from entry tickets to guiding us through the best spots for photos. It was such a memorable and refreshing way to wrap up an unforgettable day. Fergie is more than just a tour guide he’s a true ambassador for Jamaica. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and full of good energy.
