We experienced the most amazing flight with Voyager Balloons of Cappadocia. We booked the comfort ride and it was certainly worth paying for. The scenery is, of course, spectacular. Goksel was our very experienced pilot. He had a great sense of humour and made the flight very enjoyable with a scenic ride as high and as low as permitted: we circled frequently so that people on both sides of the basket could see the view and the other balloons (well over 100 in the air this morning) and he landed smoothly on the trailer after 90 mins. We were all in awe of his expertise in giving us this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you to all the team who made it possible.
The local operator pupatravel has cancelled the activity we did not do. We asked to move it to the next day but nothing. We called via phone and whatsapp a thousand times but they answered only after we called Tripadvisor/viator customerservice in Italy. The joke is that the activities of the ballon who had booked it in other agencies did it and the weather on the capoadocia was great for the flight. Basically they charged us 6 months before an activity that Pupatravel cancelled without verifiable reasons. Don’t buy services from Pupatravel, it’s a joke
This was a fantastic experience, it isn't over the fairy chimneys, which is where the iconic shots all come from. However, the view and the experience was amazing and it was a lot cheaper

SCAM - fake misleading ad BE WARNED This balloon flight is not in the popular area of Goreme with all the other balloons. It is 60km away in some random location in Soganli Valley with 5-10 balloons and is a completely inferior product. The ad hides this very well and uses fake photos of Goreme. The ad needs to be removed. Also the company, Pupa, never tried to pick me and my friends up for the tour anyway! They never replied to my questions, ignored my calls and emails, and ignored a refund request from Viator/tripadvisor. Thankfully, my hotel notified me it was a scam, and viator/tripadvisor finally helped me with a refund. Happily we were able to book with another company in Goreme and had a great time.
This was a great experience! I was flying into Cappadocia the same morning and was worried I would miss the balloons. But, they were so helpful and accommodating and made sure I was able to make it. They were so friendly and welcoming and made the experience so worth it. The only thing was we were in a different balloon location than most balloons, so it was not exactly as we had expected. But overall, still a very great experience!
Perfect communication for hotel pickup, very comfortable experience, good treatment from the team that provided the service. They are not at risk because of strong winds.

I Recommend an aerial view of Cappadocia's beauty despite its busy 29th October week, and we would also like to apologize to the chancellor who appealed to our tour without any deviations....
It was an excursion for 4 shots. With Sonay inn, we found everything we could do packed. We really assure them. A balloon tour of the Gun dogma was a real bustle.
